Your Ideal weight according to your age and height hould not be more tha 70 Kg, means you are underweight by apprx. 10 Kg------------ If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions. Do not go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you. Start aiming small goals and move forward. Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day •Banana milk shake •Banana 3 times a day •Muskmelon, 3 times a day •Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake •Raisins, 30g daily •Dried figs, 2 times a day •Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya •Fruit diet with milk •Cup of hot milk with some honey •Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm •Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month •Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. Use mild herbal shampoo.. Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month.

1. Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin 2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

First of all you do pregnancy test. If negative then wait for one week. If again negative after one week then you should treatment of pcod then conception will be easier. If positive consult doctor for the same.

Diet Changes For Type - 2 Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes is a form of diabetes in which the body does not use insulin properly and develops resistance to insulin.

A patient with type 2 diabetes must make several changes to his/her regular diet and food patterns. The aim is to manage the blood-sugar level of the body. Hence, a type 2 diabetes patients should follow a regular diet, which comprises of:

  1. All types of foods from different food groups.

  2. Lesser calories.

  3. Lessened and limited intake of carbohydrates.

  4. Healthy fats.

Here is a list of food items you should include in your diet in case you have type 2 diabetes.

  1. Vegetables: You must have fresh or frozen vegetables and avoid using sauces, dips, fats or salts. Intake non-starchy vegetables like cucumber, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce and vegetables, which are dark green or yellow in color. Also have starchy vegetables such as corn, green peas, beans, carrots and yams. Avoid potatoes as they are pure starch.

  2. Fresh Fruits: You should include fresh fruits in your regular diet. Have apples, bananas, berries, papaya, cherries, grapes, melons, oranges, peaches, pineapples and raisins. Have whole fruits regularly, which do not contain added chemical sweeteners.

  3. Grains: Include grains in your diet and consume whole grains more. Whole grains are not processed and consist of the whole-grain kernel. Grains contain starch, which is a source of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are bad for blood sugar. Hence, whole grains, which are rich in fiber are recommended. Fiber controls the blood-sugar level from shooting up. Fiber should be included in the form of bran of oat and wheat.

  4. Proteins: Coming to protein food items, you should consume fish and poultry items often. Always remove the skin from chicken or turkey properly before cooking. Buy lean meat and trim all the fat from meat. Avoid frying and use methods such as baking, roasting, grilling or boiling. Also use healthy oils for frying purpose.

  5. Dairy Products: In case of type 2 diabetes, always use dairy products, which are low in fat. Do not add sugar to milk, curd or yoghurt as they contain natural sugar. Do not consume more than three cups of milk a day.

  6. Oils and Fats: Cut down the intake of excessive oily and fatty foods. Avoid food items that contain high saturated fats such as bacon, hams, sausages and butter. Consume food with polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats. Oil raises blood-sugar level and is high in calorie and should be used in lesser amounts.

Your teeth are not growing out. Your gums are residing so you feel a gap between the bridge n teeth. Replace your bridge with a new one. Maintain proper oral hygiene to prevent this.

Several things can be done to prevent cold: -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/milk). Avoid fatty foods or drinks with caffeine -Treatment: A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily.

See, most probably you had a muscle pull or its a mechanical back pain which has occurred due to you working or doing something in awkward position. Take rest for couple of days, don't stress much, don't lift anything heavy, don't walk much for few days if that's causing you pain, apply heat on the painful area by using hot water bag or electrical heating belt, for 15-20 mins, if required apply volini spray or ointment.

Nothing to worry, continue with medicines, ultrasound reports show cervix, the mouth of uterus is about 3 cm open. If it's a first baby, it's a good sign at 37 weeks, means mouth has started to open and soon you will be having labour pains and baby delivered at 37 weeks plus is not premature, weight is about 3 kg, head is in lower side with placenta up and not blocking the passage of baby. Reports favor you to have a normal delivery. Go to labour room with a relaxed mind, don't count the movement of baby about babies in womb do need to rest for about 20 hours plus unless you have taken some cough syrups, they can cause sedation in baby too. Do share the good news with all of us here. Be careful if it's a second baby, mouth of uterus is opening up and go to hospital as soon as possible, when labour pains start as compared to 1st normal delivery second delivery takes lesser time.

Please do treadmill for 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Limit your food intake to ONLY and ONLY 4 times a day. Take care.

Hello, The more he walks the better it is for him. Include papaya, Beetroot, pomegranate, brinjal, lauki in his diet for better results. Cut down on salt or encourage salt restricted diet. Green vegetables, beans are some healthy options. Oats do help.
