Avoid triggers. Avoid those people who eating gutkha. Do daily exercise. Get yourself engaged in some activities like reading, sports. Listeneing to music so that you will not get free time to eat gutkha. Constitutional homeopathic medicine will give you best result.

Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water .

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patanjali ayurved) along with 30ml of water after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days. Do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, milk and milk products, sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast, if you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet (thrice a week). No drink before meals.

Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Hello, You need to get evaluated for PCOD . the delay could be just stress induced and if this pattern continues then you would have to be placed on low dose oc pills for atleast 3 months to normalize your cycles.

Sir. I Got sun tan easily. That is my skin especially face and back side of neck gets easily tanned by exposure to sunlight in a short period of time and also my body sweats excessively in no time when I do some work .kindly help me please and yes tell me how to remove tanning of skin and how to prevent skin from getting tanned easily. 1.Apply a fresh paste of cold cucumber juice with 2 tsf of lemon juice and wash off after 10 minutes 2. You can also combine 2 tsf of aloevera gel with few drops of rose water. Freeze it for 10 minutes and apply it on tanned skin 3. You can also apply fresh lemon juice in affected area and dry it before washing it with water 2-3 times a week 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light 5.Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 6.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

The first thing is you should of stamina to pass the physical test, start running 2 km everyday and note down the time, than keep breaking your own records, your target should be 2 km in 15 minutes or less. For good body do 100 pushups daily which will become 3000 pushups monthly and 36000 pushups in a year. If you do this your upper body will become like super models and fit for army. For lower body (legs) do 30 km cycling once a week. Eat food that are home made, use cow ghee with your meals.

My mother is not able to eat spicy food. Though she can eat cold and hot beverages and food items. There are white striations in the corner of the mouth. Medicines prescribed by the dentists were sm fibre which had to be taken twice a day. Her teeth were pointed, so she also got them straight from the dentists. A solution was also given to gargle mouth before going to bed. She has also changed the brush and toothpaste. All these prescriptions have been followed by her but there has been no improvement till now. Please suggest me on what to do now.

From your question and drug prescribed by dentist it looks to be a case of osmf. Initially there is ulceration in mouth and progressive fibrosis of oral submucous fibrous causing inability to open the mouth, oral submucous fibrosis (osmf) is a chronic progressive pre-cancerous condition. It is associated with areca nut chewing, the main component of betel quid. Pt should stop chewing areca nut and tobacco (if has habit?) minimizing consumption of spicy foods, including chiles. Round offpointed teeth and extract third molars. Intralesional injection of hyaluronidase & hydrocortisone acetate will help to improve faster. It will take time. Thank you.

Hi, as you r saying its confirmed ichthyosis, you might have been under allopathic drugs, n creams right. But as long as on those medicines, you will be better, again the condition will be back to square one. In genera, its more in winter, cold weather but I dont know abt u. But to undergo homeopathic t/t systematically, you need to explain well abt your condition of past, n present, its origin, etc, then you can besurely benefitted. All the best.
