Lybrate-user ups and down are many times part of normal life. As a human being we do feel demotivated and lack of self confidance and self esteem as a result of certain life incidents and situations. If that is the case then accepting whatever you are feeling is the first step. There is no value judgement for either yourself or others in this acceptance. Second step then is to do something small yet significant on a daily basis which could help you bring back the interest and engagement. Gradually adding more things on a daily basis which you engage in, to increase positivity and interest. If you are feeling this kind of low feeling for more than 6 months now then I would strongly recommend you to contact clinical psychologist for a consultation and further assessment of the situation. There is always some discrepancy in between the size of the testicles. But if one is too larger, you should not ignore it and get it checked by doctor to detect the cause and treat it.

5 Causes of Heart Failure

Heart failure occurs when the heart fails to pump blood around the body and organs for oxygen and nutrients. As blood moves through the heart and body at a slower rate, pressure in the heart increases. The chambers of the heart stretch to hold more blood to be able to pump through the body. This helps the blood to move but eventually the heart muscle walls weaken, unable to pump blood efficiently. The kidneys, in response cause the body, to retain fluids. The leakage of fluid in the tissues and the organs congests the heart, leading to heart failure.

Any of the following conditions can be responsible for weakening the heart and causing heart failure.

1. Coronary artery disease: this is a disease of the arteries supplying blood and oxygen to the heart that causes decreased blood flow to heart muscle. If the arteries get blocked or narrowed (due to the buildup of fatty deposits), the heart fails to get oxygen and nutrients, which may eventually lead to heart failure.

2. Heart attack: if the artery becomes suddenly blocked or the plaques formed by fatty deposits rupture, it can lead to a heart attack. This happens due to the formation of a blood clot which may block blood flow to an area of heart muscle.

3. High blood pressure: high blood pressure puts an extra strain on the heart for it to work harder to circulate blood throughout the body. As a result, the heart muscle may become stiff or weak to effectively pump blood.

4. Heart muscle weakness: this condition can have many causes including diseases, infections, drug and alcohol abuse. Genetic factors may also contribute to the weakening of heart muscles.

5. Other diseases: chronic diseases like diabetes, HIV, hyperthyroidism or a buildup of iron or protein can also lead to heart failure.

Hi you can choose colgate, pepsodent .Main imporatant is brushing technique. Brush in circular motion at angle of 45 degree is the best position for brush.Brush atleast 3 minutes two times daily. Rinse your mouth after each meal.

You have to find 30-60 minutes for workout everyday. Atleast practice yoga at home. Whatever you do, do it seriously. Make some changes in your diet. Avoid extra cals and replace snacks and mid-meal bitings with healthy roasted grains/fruit/ nuts and tea/coffee with black lemon tea/black coffee or green tea.

Hi, Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray, tmj open & closed mouth) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then have soft diet. Replace posterior teeth if they are missing. Advise mouth opening exercise & side to side movement for the jaw muscles or the use of anti-inflammatory medicines and painkillers. For people who grind their teeth or clench their jaw, a bite-appliance may be made which corrects the way in which the jaw works and reduces the stresses and loads on it. This can be disposed of when normal function is restored. As oral & maxillo-facial surgeon, may be required to perform surgery on the tmj.

cholesterol can usually be lowered by eating less LDL cholesterol-increasing foods and more LDL cholesterol-lowering foods, and by adopting a healthy lifestyle. The most important steps to following a healthy lifestyle are: 1. decreasing the amount of fat in your diet 2. paying special attention to the quality of fat that you eat 3. maintaining a healthy weight 4. quitting smoking 5. getting adequate exercise 6. reducing stress. All of these factors, taken together, can dramatically decrease your risk of heart disease and stroke by lowering your LDL cholesterol level and your blood pressure, and raising your HDL cholesterol.  Foods to avoid  Limit saturated fats and oils, such as butter, palm oil, and coconut oil. Instead, use soft vegetable oils, such as olive or canola oil.  Avoid trans fats or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. These oils go through a process that makes them solid. They're found in some hard margarines, snack crackers, cookies,and chips.  Limit fatty meats such as corned beef, , ribs, steak, ground meat, hot dogs, sausage, bacon, and processed meats . Also limit organ meats like liver and kidney. Replace with skinless chicken or turkey, lean beef, pork, lamb, and fish. Try some meatless main dishes, like beans, peas, pasta, or rice.  Limit meat, poultry, and fish to no more than two servings, or 140 g, a day. Remember that a serving is about the size of a deck of playing cards.  Limit egg yolks.  Limit milk products that contain more than 1% milk fat. This includes cream, most cheeses, and nondairy coffee creamers or whipped topping (which often contain coconut or palm oils). Instead try fat-free or low-fat milk (0% to 1% fat) and low-fat cheeses.  Limit snack crackers, muffins, quick breads, croissants, and cakes made with saturated or hydrogenated fat, whole eggs, or whole milk. Try low-fat baked goods, and use any spreads or toppings lightly.  Instead of using butter or margarine on bread, try dipping it in olive oil.  Avoid fast foods like hamburgers, fries, fried chicken, and tacos. They are high in both total fat and saturated fat. When you eat out, choose broiled sandwiches or chicken without skin, salads with low-fat dressing, and foods that aren't fried. Ask the server to leave off the cheese and high-fat dressings like mayonnaise. Foods that decreasse CHOLESTROL 1. Oatmeal, oat bran and high-fiber foods Oatmeal contains soluble fiber, which reduces your low-density lipoprotein (LDL), the "bad," cholesterol. Soluble fiber is also found in such foods as kidney beans, apples, pears, barley and prunes.Soluble fiber can reduce the absorption of cholesterol into your bloodstream. Five to 10 grams or more of soluble fiber a day decreases your total and LDL cholesterol. Eating 1 1/2 cups of cooked oatmeal provides 6 grams of fiber. If you add fruit, such as bananas, you'll add about 4 more grams of fiber. To mix it up a little, try steel-cut oatmeal or cold cereal made with oatmeal or oat bran. 2. Fish and omega-3 fatty acids Eating fatty fish can be heart healthy because of its high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce your blood pressure and risk of developing blood clots. In people who have already had heart attacks, fish oil — or omega-3 fatty acids — reduces the risk of sudden death. I recommend eating at least two servings of fish a week. The highest levels of omega-3 fatty acids are in: • Mackerel • Lake trout • Herring • Sardines • Albacore tuna • Salmon • Halibut You should bake or grill the fish to avoid adding unhealthy fats. If you don't like fish, you can also get small amounts of omega-3 fatty acids from foods like ground flaxseed or canola oil. You can take an omega-3 or fish oil supplement to get some of the benefits, but you won't get other nutrients in fish, such as selenium. If you decide to take a supplement, just remember to watch your diet and eat lean meat or vegetables in place of fish. 3. Walnuts, almonds and other nuts Walnuts, almonds and other nuts can reduce blood cholesterol. Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, walnuts also help keep blood vessels healthy. Eating about a handful (1.5 ounces, or 42.5 grams) a day of most nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, pecans, some pine nuts, pistachio nuts and walnuts, may reduce your risk of heart disease. Just make sure the nuts you eat aren't salted or coated with sugar. All nuts are high in calories, so a handful will do. To avoid eating too many nuts and gaining weight, replace foods high in saturated fat with nuts. For example, instead of using cheese, meat or croutons in your salad, add a handful of walnuts or almonds.
