Hi lybrate-user! Don't worry ,it is post partum Telogen effluvium which is temporary. May last for 2-3 months. Apply kera xl hair serum at night night; Take high protein diet.

Dear, you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. आहार विशेषज्ञ (डाइटीशीयन) और और फैमिली डॉक्टर हमेशा हमसे कहते हैं कि अपने खाने में ताजा, स्वादिष्ट और स्वस्थ भोजन को प्रचुर मात्रा में लें।

हम सभी जानते हैं कि हमारे देश में गर्मी का आलम क्या होता है। ऐसी गर्मी में बहुत ही जरूरी है कि आप अपने खानें में मौसम के हिसाब से कुछ बदलाव करें।

इस मौसम में एक हेल्थी डाइट बनाए रखना बहुत आवश्यक है।

गर्मियों में स्वस्थ और पौष्टिक भोजन के लिए टिप्स –

फल का सेवन – ताजे फलों का सेवन ज्यादा से ज्यादा करें।

कोशिश करें कि दिन की शुरूआत फल खाके करें और अगर हो सके तो सुबह का नाश्ते में सिर्फ ताजे फल ही खाएं।

फलों में आप तरबूज, नाशपाती, सेब, बेर और अनानास (पाइनएप्पल) ले सकते हैं।

फल का ज्यादा सेवन गर्मियों में आपको निश्चित रूप से स्वस्थ रखेगा।

पानी का ज्यादा सेवन – ज्यादा से ज्यादा पानी पीने से आपके शरीर का गर्मी कुछ हद तक शांत रहती है और आपकी त्वचा भी स्वस्थ रहती है।

गर्मी के दिनों में पानी की कमी बहुत ही जल्दी हो जाती है इसे दूर करने का एक मात्र उपाय पानी का अधिक सेवन ही है।

जितना संभव हो सके उतना पानी पीयें।

गर्मी के दिनों में हर दिन पारा चढ़ता है ऐसे में जरूरी है कि आप ताजा भोजन,ताजे फल और पानी का अधिक से अधिक सेवन करें। इससे आप गरम दिनों में भी स्वस्थ और शांत रहेंगे।

Please don't use any creams or lotions. It suppress the sebum secretion and block the pores which leads to bacterial contamination and results in more pimples. The other causes of pimples are hormonal imbalance, dandruff, diet rich in oil and non veg, poor hygiene etc. Treating acne in the right way at the earliest will remove pimples without any scarring and gives a long lasting results. But acne patients are more concern about the pimples and try all creams and soaps available in markets which creates much worse their condition. There are very good homoeopathic medicines for pimples which gives rapid and permanent results without any side effects. Along with the medicines there are some specific food which should be avoided for the effectiveness of treatment. Homoeopathic cream topi berberis (wilmar schwabe) daily night apply. Internal medicines are better than external application.

Do not worry, you are not pregnant----------you will get your periods within next 4-5 days but one thing I want to make clear, who was at the receiving end in all this episode,---------------so enjoy your life but not at the sake of your health and such pills are very dangerous for you in future----------this was just an advise not for you only but for all the girls at your age -----sorry if I have hurt you----------------
