Hello, dont worry dental extractions are nt painful now a days. Simple procedure. Dental pain could be related to dental caries or gums problem. In most of the cases decay/cavity causes tooth ache which can be eliminated by simple restoration/fillings. If the tooth is not restorable then it got to be extracted. Please visit your nearest dentist for proper check up done. Thank you.

Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin.

Hello, I can understand your pain at losing one very important person in life. You probably had hopes of spending long time with her and had plans for the future and now nothing is going to happen. All these thoughts might be causing you sadness, disappointment and some anxiety and anger on the other hand. While it's important to be an important part of someone else's life, yet it's also important to know when to call it off if it's not working anymore. 1. At this age it is common for boys and girls to get attracted to each other and spent some time together. But equally common is breakups when one or both see that their needs are too different now and the other person will not fit the requirements any more. While this process is very heart breaking, but it is also important so that you can meet different people and see who is your kind of person and who will help you in the next phase of life ie. Job, marriage children. 2. By going through different relationships you will also understand yourself better and discover many hidden qualities and weaknesses in you. It's your growing edge to work through your weaknesses and sharpen your qualities. You will also discover your passion, dreams and hobbies and interests. 3. I suggest that you look at this breakup as a learning lesson and an opportunity to improve on any thing that was your mistake and assess your life choices again. What was meant to go will go. Hi lybrate-user, Restriction on height is 18 years for males. But "there is always an exception" don't stop trying. You can increase your height 2 -3 inches without age limit. I will recommend you some yoga exercise for increase your height. Do it on regular bases with a positive attitude. 1. Suryanamaskar 2. Sukhasan 3. Tadasan 4.trikodasan 5.chakrasan along with proper diet which is rich in calcium, potassium, iron and protein. Asthma Tips Do's Consume healthy diet, include fresh vegetables and fruits. Manage your weight and restrict the intake of calories. People who are�obese�are more likely to have more severe asthma symptoms. Stress quickly depresses the immune system. Learn to manage stress in personally effective ways. Follow an ?early-to-bed, early-to-rise? routine. Add a little dried ginger powder to your milk, and fresh ginger to your meals. Try to get some fresh air and sunshine each day. Exercise boosts the immune system but do it in moderation.� Don?ts Avoid smoking. Smoking�always makes asthma worse. Avoid strenuous exercise Avoid sleeping during day time. Avoid exposure to rain, humidity, dust and pollens. Avoid consuming bananas, citrus fruits, ice-cream, cold drinks and fried foods. If you are allergic to specific food, better to avoid it. Last but not least, Take ayurvedic tablets to enhance immunity and cure asthma.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

For skin exfoliation, make a mixture of sugar, rose water and few drops of lemon. Or you can use a powder of dry orange peels (sun dried) and use it for exfoliation making a paste with rose water.

I think I am suffering from anxiety because of many strange thoughts comes into my mind and some are there which is now impossible for me to forgot it for example it's now been more than a month whenever I wear my chappals, a thought comes to my mind that something bad thing is there in down of it and it will dirt my home floor if I walk in it but there is nothing in chappals but my mind not get satisfied. Even when I am sleeping or doing anything whole day I think about it and if I am not thinking about it I feel a strange type of fear and I am never feeling relaxed. I am always feeling heavy mind, somewhere lost, worried,rapid heart rate, fast breath, can't focus on anything. That thought is nit only thought that is came in my mind, many others strange, useless,unreal thoughts came in my mind. Tell me some solution, my board exams are coming just a month left. I am facing from this type of of thought from one year but now it is too much.

You are in your late teens and this development needs immediate attention from a doctor and counselor. You are developing OCD i.e. Obsessive-compulsive disorder. Meet with a counselor first and then if that person recommends a psychiatrist to deal with this issue, do visit one as soon as possible. Please take your parents with you to determine the possible developmental issues that may have contributed to this condition. This is a fear-based condition and for some reason you have not been dealing with this childhood fear which has now developed unto these repetitive adaptations to seem to need it for normal functioning. The behavior will then become based on magical thinking and certain rituals will become necessary to do normal things making you believe that either the frequency or the ritual is important to its success. This of course is a fallacy but there will come a time that even if told the truth, your belief will defy any logic and you will continue behaving like that even if it cripples you in your daily routines. It only appears as though some other force is behind these behaviors and that you are compelled to act in this fashion. That is obviously not true but no one can convince you of anything different. The obsession is a repeating thought pattern with no meaningful outcome; and the compulsiveness is the need to act on those obsessions also in a repeated behavior pattern as though you just cannot help yourself, like the plucking off of your hair. There are certain behavioral techniques to be implemented and if they work you may get out of this condition rather easily. If that does not work as desired, then medication has to be introduced, and in combination with counseling much work can be achieved.

Take a appointment with psychiatrist and allow him to assess the severity of your discomfort. Followed by that take appointment from clinical psychologist learn some methods to conquer present symptoms. 4 Really Simple Ways To Prevent Premature Skin Aging

Aging of the skin is a natural process that affects all aging individuals. It manifests itself in the form of skin wrinkling, sagging, discoloration and other visible effects. Such changes become more apparent as soon as one reaches late thirties or early forties but early onsets are now very common too, which can be caused by a number of factors.

Damage due to sun exposure is the primary cause of skin aging. It especially affects those who have lighter or fairer skin as the low melanin content in their skin makes it more prone to damage and aging.

Although skin aging cannot be entirely stopped or reversed, the process can be slowed down to prevent its early onset.

There are many ways of doing so through some simple lifestyle modifications such as the following:

  1. Avoid sun exposure : This is the most basic way of reducing the rate of skin aging and slowing down the process. While going out in the day cannot always be avoided, it is important to keep the skin covered with clothing, hats and sunglasses.
  2. Always wear sunscreen : This provides protection from the harmful rays of the sun (known as UVA and UVB). Making a habit of constantly applying sunscreen on all exposed parts of skin plays an important role in preventing skin aging. It is also necessary to use the right products, which should have an SPF rating or 30 or more.
  3. Eat healthy: Having a nutritious balanced diet can make a tremendous positive impact on your skin. Consumption of food items that are rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients is essential. It is also important to drink lots of water and fluids to stay hydrated. Junk food and sugary drinks should be avoided as it negatively affects skin health.
  4. Exercise regularly: Keeping fit through regular workouts and exercise improves the circulation of blood in the body and consequently, the supply of blood and oxygen to the skin. This keeps the skin healthy and young and prevents early onset of wrinkling and aging.

There are several other ways of preventing skin aging such as not smoking, avoiding the use of too many products and cosmetics, getting enough sleep, and always keeping skin cleansed and moisturized. Following these simple ways can effectively make your skin look younger and slow down the aging process.

Hello- 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. 2. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. 5. Eat soluble fiber. Studies show that soluble fibers may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fiber supplements like glucomannan can also help. 6. Drink coffee or tea. If you’re a coffee or a tea drinker, then drink as much as you want as the caffeine in them can boost your metabolism by 3-11%. 7. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. 8. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. 9. Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Strange, but it works. 10. Get a good night’s sleep, every night. Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is important.
