My stool is getting hard most of the time and very quickly get charged .is there any issue.
1. Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days.

No issues. Do not feel depressed. I will suggest you the TIPS Go for a One Km walk daily in the evening, Drink 10 or more glass of water according to the CLIMATE .i mean if there is more temperature you have to drink more than 10 glass of water. Then take fruits like Apple, Anar more ,Anar is very good stamina booster. Moreover there are some good good Medicines too. And Do not SMOKE ,Do not DRINK, Do not use any addictive drugs, Check your cholesterol levels too, If it is high take medicines to increase blood circulation. And more more tips are there,

being overweight is the most predisposing factor for developing diabetes..maintain a daily schedule of exercise for atleast 20-30 minutes .avoid fast foods/colas..drink plenty of fluids..eat meals on time..get yourself regularly checked for hba1c ,,b.sugar levels every 6 monthly

I do not sleep for 36 hours and now I am feeling very different emotions like frustration, irritation and a very different type of headache. Infact I sleep for 7 hours after 36 hours but it do not feel much better and I am also feeling like sick man what should I do now?

Obviously you will feel irritation and frustration due to lack of sleep. As your biological cycle get disturbed you are feeling sick. Nothing to worry about. Just relax. And sleep for few more hours if possible.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

I am a man of 66 years having bp and sugar problem. For the last two months I am having continuous pain on top of the right shoulder. I have applied omni gel regularly but there is not relief. What should I do now?

Dear , get an ecg done. If it is normal I think it could be' frozen shoulder" which is quite common in diabetes. You can take pain killers apply diclofenac ointment and do physiotherapy. It might take some time but in most patients the condition goes away within 2 yrs

My mom got fracture in right hand above knees below shoulder she got operated and plating was done by orthopaedic nowbits been two months no relief in pain and soojan is there. There is no movement in hand cause it pains a lot. Please suggest as what to do and diet to follow she is diabetic also.

Excessive sweating could be due to 1.Anxiety, nervousness 2 Obesity, Diabetes, Thyroid problem, Tuberculosis, Gout, head injury 3.Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5.Avoid anxiety ,nervousness,tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6.Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on. 7.Consult skin specialist for advice

Natural Fast Food is Good for Health

Natural fast food is good for health, said Padma Shri, Dr B C Roy National Awardee & DST National Science Communication Awardee, Dr K K Aggarwal.

Natural fast food consists of eating fruits, vegetables, milk products, sprouts and sattu. On the contrary, unnatural fast food, also called as junk food, is bad for the health of the heart as it is made up of refined ?bad? carbohydrates and either animal ?bad? fat or trans fats.

Sattu is a grounded roasted powder of soaked pulses and cereals. It is consumed along with fruit slices, gur or milk. Green chili, lemon juice and salt can be added to add flavor.

The commonest form of sattu is grounded roasted black gram or chana. Other common variety is grounded roasted black gram with barley.

Originally, sattu was made of seven Anaja (7 cereals, millets and pulses). The seven ingredients are maize and barley (cereals), black gram, pigeon gram or Arhar, green pea, kesari dal and kulath dal (pulses).

Sattu is a high fiber diet with low sugar producing properties. It is a cooling and refreshing fast food with anti-diabetic and anti-obesity properties.

It is a full breakfast, mid day or lunch meal and has minerals and vitamins.

Sattu drink can be sweetened by adding gur or honey, sour by adding lemon and salted by adding black or rock salt. Roasting is one of the best forms of cooking. Sattu is both a fast food and a soft drink for the summer but healthy.

The so-called energy drinks available in the market are harmful as they contain three times the caffeine content of coffee or tea.
