pain killers have many side effects, like kidney damage, gastritis etc.avoid pain killers .take crocin pain relief one sos. check your BP. check your eye sight . take healthy diet. take rest and proper sleep. consult if not ok.

Hi take ginger tea mixed with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves. Massaging the chest with warm sesame oil mixed with salt helps to loosen the phlegm deposited in the chest, especially, when followed with steam inhalation. Take shwas kuthar ras twice a day. Pranacharya asthamin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya shwas vikarasav 2-2 tsf twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take hot water steam. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 cap twice a day with warm water.

Strict diet control and regular exercise are cornerstone of diabetes management. She should avoid sugar, jaggery,honey, sweets,sweet fruits like banana, mangoes,grapes, cheekoo etc. Regular exercise like walking, yoga etc. If still blood sugar is not controlled start oral antidiabetic medicines under guidance of a physicianm.

Hi, Jumping rope is effective for burning calories and improving cardiovascular endurance. The amount that you should jump rope per day will depend on your goals and fitness level. An average person simply trying to get fit may only need to jump 10 - 15 minutes a day.

Sir i'm 34yr male I suffer from body pains and sleepless how to avoid the back pain.

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know in a week time how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Hello- this symptom suggest that you have a pitta prakruti and rakta sar body. This is one of the types of body structure mentioned in ayurveda the associated symtoms with this are feeling tingling sensation in sunlight, warm palms and soles, feeling hot flushes etc. Follow these regimen - 1) avoid excess spicy diet and eat more sweets. 2) milk and ghee will be beneficial for you. 3) coconut oil massage will provide soothing effects and will counter the heat effects. 4) ruhafja sharbat, gulkanda etc will be good for your health.

Irregular cycle can be a result of hormonal imbalance caused due to weight gain. And knee pain and other symptoms are related to that as well. So the main treatment here is weight loss. One liter of warm water daily, low fat high fiber diet and 30 minutes of rigorous physical activity is a must. An oil called brihat saindhavadi thailam is available in all ayurveda stores. This is wonderful medicine cause it serves the dual purpose of weight loss and pain management. Heat this oil, apply all over the body and have a warm water bath. Do this twice or thrice a week for great relief.

As I was staying hostel make it very easy.
For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Drink soy milk and lots of water. Take fish oil and salmon. Include more fiber in the diet. Use low fat milk, brown sugar, flax seed. Take good sleep. 10 minutes of sunlight for vitamin D.Avoid salt in the diet, caffeine, processed foods like instant noodles, pies, bread rolls, artificial sugar, diet coke, sweetener, spices and hot spicy foods.
