Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is WHEY protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Hello, Lets work on digestive system. 1. Drink 1ltr water on empty stomach. 2. After 30mins, have your regular breakfast. 3. Add apple to your diet. 4. Hope your stool motion is in regular intervals. 5. Do some physical activities.

1. Omega-3 fatty acids-the foods to eat: flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, tuna, kale, brussels sprouts, rapeseed oil. 2. Zinc-the foods to eat: chickpeas, wheat germ, oysters, beef, veal liver, roast beef. 3. Protein-the foods to eat: greek yogurt, egg yolks, kale, peanuts, beans, peas, lentils, tofu, chicken, turkey. 4. Iron-the foods to eat: dark leafy greens, whole grains, beans, red meat, turkey, egg yolks, clams, mussels, oysters. 5. Vitamins a and c-the foods to eat: swiss chard, spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes, pumpkin. 6. Magnesium-the foods to eat: almonds, spinach, cashews, lentils, brown rice, halibut. 7. I find that it is a kind of allergy that you are suffering, maybe because of the climate that you live and I guess that your body structure and your body's anatomy accepts winters more easily so a natural remedy for all kinds of allergy is cinnamon which is also called dalchini in hindi you have to take one tablespoon of cinnamon powder and put it in hundred ml glass water now you have to drink this water in morning empty stomach for 90 days regularly. As you said that you have this problem from last 1 or 2 year which means you are allergic to something or you are eating something which you should not eat so my advice is that you should not eat any non vegetarian food, extra spicy food, extra oily food, and only eat regular vegetarian indian meals. It can also be an autoimmune disease but to find if it is an autoimmune disease or not you can consult me privately so that I can customised a health plan for your health requirements.

And since hearing the news that my friend's father died of heart attack, I'm becoming very anxious whenever my weight increases a little whether I would get affected by heart attack and in that consequence, my weight is reduced because of chronic anxiety.
