hello juberfarediwala , have small and frequent meals.do stretching and cardio exercise alternates days.take high protein diet.take sprouts,soya milk,tofu , whole pulses,egg white,milk shake,cold coffee.take paneer,banana shake .take after dinner any sweet item.

A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.

Multivitamin will help you fulfill your daily requirement of nutrients. Since exercises increases your nutrition intake, sometimes food does not provide the whole nutrients.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

I am 22 years old and my weight is 55 and height is 180 cm. Is there any problem to my weight according to height and age. Also I have constipation problem. I have taken some medicine from homeopathy but there effect was only for 3 or 4 days. Please give me best advice according to you.

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night. tests for constipation.. stool c/s, Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

My friend have low BMR. Which is 2002. Though he is regularly exercising and eating proper, nutritious food in appropriate quantity. And still his immune system is very weak, he gets tired very soon. Also he has breathing problem in minor quantity. Shot should he do?Please tell.

Hi need to know your friends height, age and current weight to better guide you. To fight low immunity and related problems, include dried fruits, curd, buttermilk, fermented foods like idli, dosa and probiotic drink in the diet. Drink lots of water. Improve hygiene conditions. Also do daily exercise and breathing exercises. Would recommend you to get your friends vit b12 & d3 checked as well.

Do not eat before going to gym. After gym you can take breakfast like boiled eggs, Milk with cornflakes etc. in your daily diet add protein like sprouts, cheese , nuts etc.

Sir my hight 5.6and weight 50 only, I have reached 19 age, my father and my family members are so toll but I am so small, my father and brother above 6 feet, but I am only 5.6, I am so sad in my hight, daily morning skip in 100 used skipping instruments, and improve my body go to gym in evening but no little bit my body improved,, please sujjest me how to increase my hight and weight so fastly?

Hello, please avoid skipping and follow the below tips :- Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result. ***Take Alfalfa malt , 2 tsp , twice daily before meals. Calcarea phos 6X , 4 tabs twice daily.***
