A proper diet is essential in keeping the kidney healthy and prevent formation of kidney stones. Drinking plenty of water and other fluids or liquids daily will help prevent most types of kidney stones. Consuming too much of calcium rich foods such as spinach, beet, cauliflower, carrots, almonds, sweet breads, coconut, turnip, bengal gram, peas, whole-wheat flour and organ meats like liver and kidney can lead to kidney stones. One should also know to choose a diet that is low in salt and animal proteins. Hi if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Sebaceous Cysts - Common Causes Behind it

Sebaceous cysts are also called as epidermoid cysts are characterized by the formation of small bumps beneath the skin, which are, however, noncancerous and can appear anywhere on the neck or face. Usually arising from sebaceous glands, sebaceous cysts are often harmless and take a long time to grow and develop. They normally do not cause any severe problems as such, but if they tend to be bothersome and painful, then you consult a doctor for treatment and diagnosis.

Signs and symptoms of sebaceous cysts include:

  1. Small, round bumps found underneath the skin.
  2. Formation of a thick, yellow, pungent-smelling material that may or may not leak from the cysts.
  3. Formation of small blackheads clogging the opening of the cyst.
  4. When inflamed, the area turns reddish in color and may swell up.

Causes behind it
Sebaceous cysts develop when the sebaceous glands or ducts are either damaged or clogged. Sebaceous glands generally secrete keratin and sebum, oils which are responsible for coating the hair and skin. Whenever they get blocked, these fluids accumulate, resulting in the formation of cysts. Whenever they get damaged, the cysts burst open and keratin oozes out as a thick and yellow fluid. Blockage or damage can occur because of any of the following reasons:

  1. Cuts, scratches and surgical wounds.
  2. Skin conditions like acne.
  3. Genetic problems like Garner's syndrome.
  4. Cell damage because of surgery.
  5. A deformed gland or duct.

A few factors which may make you more vulnerable to growing sebaceous cysts:

  1. If you have a history of acne.
  2. If you receive injuries to the skin.
  3. If you are past the age of puberty.
  4. If you have rare genetic disorders.

If the cysts trouble or bother you in any way, you should consider receiving treatment as they can cause further problems in the near future. These may include:

  1. Boil-like infections.
  2. Genital discomforts such as problems in urinating.
  3. Even when it is not infected, a cyst can get inflamed causing a lot of pain and uneasiness.
  4. Sebaceous cysts can, in extremely rare cases, lead to skin cancer.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

This is pre-eminently an affection of the male sex; in the case of females it is never attended with sexual disorders. It attacks individuals between the seventh and fiftieth year, and occurs most frequently in the cold season. It cannot be traced to constitutional derangements, since persons who are afflicted with this disease, otherwise enjoy the most perfect health. With the appearance of some constitutional disease, the psoriasis disappears at once, but returns again as soon as the disease is removed. Psoriasis begins in this wise: at various, more or less numerous, scattered spots, the detached epidermis forms a small, white rising-psoriasis punctata. These spots gradually spread from every point of the periphery until they reach the size of drops-psoriasis guttata; on removing the scales, we find the skin underneath slightly red and bleeding. In proportion as the circumference continues to expand, the original spot becomes cleansed of its scales, and a ring forms surrounding a healthy-looking skin-psoriasis annularis; in the further progress of the exanthem, this ring opens, losing its roundness-psoriasis gyrata-and finally disappearing altogether. All these stages, or most of them, coexist side by side in almost every case of this disease. Psoriasis is not attended with itching, or at most only at the commencement, but in no case if it has become an inveterate disease. It may remain stationary, though breaking out in new places, or it may intermit in its manifestations for months and even years. Treatment in selecting our remedies, we must not overlook the fact that psoriasis is not an itching eruption. This seems to have been ignored by many practitioners; hartmann's delineation of the disease is especially untrue to nature. The selection of remedies is rendered particularly difficult by the circumstance that the patient enjoys perfect health, and that on this account we are without any co-determining symptoms. It is wrong and unscientific to try to get symptoms out of a patient by persistent questioning and to hunt them up even among his ancestors in order to realize our dreams about reliable remedies. For this reason we content ourselves with giving merely the names of the remedies that have already been employed in this disease with some advantage, or that may seem adapted to further to trials. We arrange the series in accordance with the practical value of each drug: sulphur, phosphorus, sepia, petroleum, calcarea carbonica, acidum nitricum and phosphoricum, arsenicum and tellurium. Among external remedies the only application which is never hurtful and usually efficient, is the vapor-bath accompanied by frictions with castile soap, or, if the affection has already existed for a long time, with brown soap. Cold bathing is of decided use, although its effect may not be perceived immediately.

Swine flu is caused by h1n1 virus. More serious than normal seasonal flu. It is an air borne infection and spreads through the talking/sneezing / coughing of infected individual)- normal flu- byinfluenza/h4n2 virus swine flu symptoms 1. Fever, cough 2. Nasal congestion, sore throat 3. Headache, myalgia, fatigue, dyspnoea (shortness of breath) 4. Vomiting, diarrhea 5. Pneumonia and respiratory failure (in severe cases). Prevention 1. Avoid over crowding places and avoid contact with infected patients 2. Avoid sharing food, linen, utensii with infected patient 3. Frequently wash your hands with soap and water 4. Hi, Share more details and symptoms of your case. Take Schwabe’s Alpha-SH, Alpha-NH and Biocombination-05 - all of them thrice a day for 4 weeks. Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Management: - Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air. -Take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -Take enough sleep and rest. For prevention of dengue. Homoeopathic medicine can be taken eupatorium perfoliatum 200, siz 30 pill. 4pill for adults and 2 pills for children. Can be taken twice daily for three days and subsequently at least two doses a week at the interval of three - four day till the epidemic persist for the prevention of dengue fever.
