Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water .

She is having psoriasis. She took many medicines. Did every possible treatment. shows evry recognised dermatologist. But still its not being cured. Kindly suggest some useful treatment and advice and some skin specialist who could deal with it.

Psoriasis is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it completely and few tips for psoriasis- avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly.

Hi take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini tab 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

My mother is 50 years old and suffering from diabetes from last 13 years, currently get sugar result is 315 PP and 391 and treatment is going through Air Force hospital since beginning they changed her medicine but you need diet plan a per her condition.

Not only diet plan she needs further changes in her medication as these blood sugar figures are very high please consult an endocrinologist and get her thoroughly checked and investigated again to reconsider her treatment as far asher diet is concerened don't give her refined sugars and flours and no bakery foods let her have plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits salads soups mixed grains and a little bit of nuts etc.

No medicine can alter your sleep pattern on long term, have 1. Good routine- fix your hrs of sleep and activity 2. Have food at fixed time 3, do some morning walk for abt 30 mts 4. For 5 mts do deep breathing exercise in the morning 5. When ever you feel sleepy, get up leave your room do 5 mts walking and deep breathing and take a glass of water 6 other wise also keep body hydrated and take plenty of liquids. Try for a week abd report to make it even better.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. I want to gain some weight and also maintain body shape, so which protein or supplement would be suitable for me? And my chest size is small I want more big chest then it please suggest me the best option so that I can get weight as well as wide body. Due to thin body I can not apply many forms likes police. Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated. You can do a mass gainer like serious mass.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. In view of age you may take chance to gain height as you are less than 21 years, this includes exercise, yogasana, and herbal preparations. A chance taking treatment for 8-9 months, regular single and double bar exercise, practice of tadasana, sarvangasana in morning may help
