Take 1 banana little honey and little turmeric powder and make it a paste and apply on the face and wash it off with luke warm water when it will become dry.If your skin is dry apply kunkumadi tailam at bed time asnd wash it off in the morning.Do it 15 days and observe the changes.

Hi, take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.

1. Eat every two hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads. 2. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc. 3. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango. 4. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. 5. Eat daily fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange. 6. Eat lot of proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. 7. Take chapatis made of multigrain atta. 8. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. 9. Daily intake of these helps- fenugreek seeds, tulsi, cinnamon, flax seeds, almonds. 10. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday.

It can be related to weight, large tongue, nose block, thick bulky uyula, bigger tonsils etc. Grading of apnea will be done by getting sleep study done. Dear Manish. Welcome to lybrate. You are just 28. Hypertension at this age is not essentially due to some physical diseases. This hypertension could be due to stress, anxiety and sedentary life style etc. Quitting smoking, physical exercises, avoiding stress and be calm and relaxed, restricting salt, eating a lot of vegetables and fruits etc can help maintain your blood pressure at normal level. You should work with your doctor and get his advice at any cost. Take care.

For height:-Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Hairfall the reason for hairfall and hair thinning can be lack of balanced diet full of minerals, proteins. Stress. Inadequate sleep. Harmonal factors. Excess use of harsh shampooes. Etc. Check all the above factors and bring changes in your lifestyle accordingly. As a treatment, take jeevamruta leha 1 tspn with a glass of milk in the morning on an empty stomach. It's the best medicine. For hairfall. Apply juice of onion onto the scalp and let it stay for 30 mins and rinse off. Can use a mild shampoo. Do this twice a week. This will stop hairfall and help in regrowth. Apply castor oil as a routine oil. Apply mahabringaraj tail regularly apply hair masks: 1. Egg white mixed with rosemary oil and lime juice. Keep it for 30 mins and rinse off with shampoo. Take balanced diet protein rich food avoid spicy stuff drink adequate water.

The cause of white spots are * loss of pigmentation * fungal infection * loss of upper skin due to dryness to treat the white spots- * apply coconut or mustard oil on th effected parts once a day specially in the evening. * crush 15-20 leaves of neem and put them in a bucket of luke warm water for 15 minutes & take bath with this water. * take a glass of milk added with a teaspoon of protien powder once a day. * sit for atleast 5-8 minutes in sun in the morning or evening. * apply the paste of aloe vera & turmeric powder on the effected parts of body 2 times a week for 15-20 minutes.
