Ok firstly do x-ray. Put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time. Do hot fermentation and calcium supplements if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.

Hello lybrate-user you start mobilization exercise for shoulder and strengthening exercise for neck muscles. In addition to this you take care of changing position or moving your head and neck in all directions at regular 15 minutes intervals. This will helps you so much. Don't study or work like on computer for constantly more than 15 to 20 minutes in one position of head and neck.

I have wrist pain almost from 3 months. I consult a Ortho doctor and I took exray for wrist and he said there no damage in my wrist area bone. And I am biker I almost did not drive for three months. Recently, I started driving now again I am feeling same pain in wrist. Please which doctor I should consult, I was thinking for neurology. Please advise.

Hello you can consult a physiotherapist personally. They will teach you few wrist strengthening exercises and perform mobilisation if needed. Meanwhile you can do cold and hot water immersion for your wrist like 3 mins in hot n one min in cold with sponge ball squeezing it in water. Make sure you start with hot water and end with hot water till temprature of both water is equal. Do use wrist band. It could be because of overuse.

My elder brother is 72 years old. He is a diabetic. Angio graphy and angio plasty has done and a stunt is inserted 3 years back. He is suffering from burn on back always since last 3 years. Doctors say it is not a deases but he always complain in back. Please advice.

Please give him following medicines:- Dr. Reckeweg's r - 3 / 10 drops in little water thrice a day for one week. Dr. Reckeweg's r - 63 / 10 drops in little water thrice a day fo r one week. Keep a 10 to 15 minutes gap in between these medicines. Revert back after one week with feedback.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

In the childhood when I was students I was doing homework and doing computer work my sitting posture on the table are not good becoz of that my back bone are not straight little curved and now am habitual so please tell me what to do. Is have any kind of belt or thing so I can straight my back bone. Help me.
