You should take proper meal like 2 small meals and 2 large meals. You should take banana shake daily and take carbohydrates rich diets like banana dates, chickko, kismis, and protein rich diets like paneer, eggs, chicken.

I advice you include protein rich food in your diet and like soyabean, egg, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses, sattu with milk, sprouts and take heavy breakfast.

Dear,People who are underweight and do not have fat deposits on their body may not be getting enough calories to fuel their body. This could have a direct impact on all of their organs and may eventually lead to a variety of health problems.There are ways to get into the shape we desire and to gain weight fast. This would require understanding the reason for low weight and maintaining a diet for weight gain. In weight loss, the simple formula is to burn more calories than you consume, but to gain weight you have to also find out if there is something in your body that is preventing you from getting to the weight that you desire.

Sir check your bp. Do you have any cough, cold, fever. Do you have any breathlessness. You need to be examined for proper advice. Get back to me. Avoid fan, ac, cold breeze, deodorants, smoke, dust.

How to make bone stronger and always feel no energy, get a back pain and foot pain during periods.
Dear Lybrate User, *Is focus on to slow bone loss and to reduce the risk of fractures. Also some lifestyle changes. For severe cases of fractures surgery could be option. Keep your diet with calcium supplements; include lots of banans, sesame seeds, exposure to sunlight. *Calcium rich foods include soyabeans, sesame seeds, nuts, broccoli, turnip greens, sardines, clams, shrimp, and dairy products like milk cheese, paneer, curd. Reduce your salt intake.

Lybrate-usertake high protein diet. Walk regulary or you can join gym but it should be regular. You can take any protein powder for mass gaining. Take warm milk with honey twice a day mainly in sleeping time.
