HI , you can have carbs in order to gai weight , But, It is very important to eat mostly healthy foods even if you are trying to gain weight.Add some energy-dense foods that are perfect for gaining weight like: Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc. Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others. High-fat dairy: Whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, cream. Fats and Oils: Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil.

Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet

I work in night shift. Its been more then a 3 years now I started feeling lazy , Not able to sleep continuously for 7 to 8 hours , Some suggested to take multivitamin and supplements and exercise. So what multivitamin should I buy ? And supplement ?

1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. You can start omega 3 fatty acid supplements to help once or twice daily is the best way to consume omega 3 capsules with fish oil. You can keep taking it for months and experience slightly improved immunity and general well being. They improve circulation and boost the metabolism in the cells of the body.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be used to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection & accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

A large enough breakfast might consist of a three-egg omelet, a cup of roasted breakfast potatoes and a glass of orange juice.11. Focus on protein, fats and carbohydrates. These are the three macronutrients that will help you gain weight, and you need plenty of each of them to stay healthy. Proteins: eggs, salmon, tuna, and other fish; pork roast, pork chops, and ham; chicken breasts and thighs; lean beef burgers and steaks; and bison. Fats: olive oil, safflower oil, canola oil, coconut oil, and grapeseed oil; avocados, walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds. Carbohydrates: fruits and vegetables; beans, lentils, peas; brown rice, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta and other whole grain products; and honey. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep.

Hye, Thanks for the query. The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a supplement. You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine. Even if you do gain weight it will reduce once you discontinue the supplement. So, before you decide to start the supplement first work on a healthy diet and exercise routine.

Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment. So, please send photos of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

hello you can reduce weight with following: take healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise include seasonal vegetables and fruits. drink lots of water. take small and frequent meals. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. avoid arbi, zimikand, mango and cheeku. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. thank you for detailed diet plan you can consult.
