Hello! small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat.

What is mirena? is it safe for women? what are the disadvantage of use this mirena? If I have no periods after putting this mirena, is it safe for my health? Please give your suggestion? I have so much of confusion about this product. Shall I use this or not?

Mirena is intrauterine device releasing hormones. It is very safe. It can cause occasional spotting, otherwise no side effects.

I am 27 year old guy every time when I start physical exercise (GYM) than I have to suffer from cold (jukam) although I don't over exercise or exercise in cold tell me reason is this deficiency of any kind of vitamins or calcium etc.

Heavy bleeding at the time of period in age of 49 is normal or not? And period frequency is also before 10 days. She always suffering from bleeding and heavy pain. I want to know that heavy bleeding and early periods is a sign of menopause or not? Is menopause possible in the age of 49? We should consult a gynecologist or not?

pOLYMENORRHAGIA IS NOT A SIGN OF MENOPAUSE BUT A SIGN OF POSSIBLE organic endometrial or myometrial causes for excessive bleeding. She should get a ultrasound pelvis done soon to rule out any fibroids, submucosal polyp. Also a visit to gyn is important for ruling out cervical causes and for endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial hyperplasia or cancer. Also a hormonal profile shall be required to complete the assessment.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females, so there are 5yrs. more left to grow further! Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin D can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! Apart from these: -Exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -Sleeping is the time when your body grows, Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -Avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -Always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (You can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the Best!

For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and Take Cp Amoxicillin 500mg 1-1 for five days

Firstly I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh Esr and follow up with reports and for weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Through the combined action of diet and stretching exercise you will get increase in height. Try with different stretching exercises like Swimming, Hanging exercise, Toe touching, Cobra pose, Pelvic shift, Dry swim and forward spine touch. With this exercises do regular cardio exercises. Take proper food with good amount of protein (Egg, chicken, meat, milk, all pulses, legumes and beans.) and don't stick with particular type of food. Include all different colored fruits and vegetables with different Millets and cereals, nuts.In between meals put minimum 2.5 hrs and maximum 3 hrs. Before and after exercise take protein rich foods, before one hour of exercise take easily absorbable energy and protein rich foods (Egg white nog, fruit milk shakes, mixed nuts shake etc) and after exercise take any foods with good protein source. Drink at least 2 to 2.5 liter water per day. Before exercise drink one glass water and during exercise sips the water, don't gulp as such, after exercise once your heart rate come to normal take sufficient water.
