You have not mentioned about gutkha chewing habit or so. Anyway be clear about this that at this stage no home remedy will work. You need to visit an specialist dentist and at maximum it may require a surgical approach in your case if medicines and exercises fails. You can ask me further in this regard as I myself have treated several such cases with lasers. Thank you.

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently.

Sir I have trouble to bad breath since 3 year I have found cavities in my mouth I concern many doctor but still that are failed to stopped my bad breath.

BDS
Dentist, Raipur
Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Get your cavities filled before further damage. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique and also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath.

I am getting my tooth removed. If I will not go for tooth implant will it cause bad breath?

Certified Implantologist, BDS
Dentist, Jaipur
hi..you will not suffer from bad breath but if u loose one tooth then adjacent teeth tend to come in free space hence become mobile over a period of time moreover opposite tooth try to come out of normal bite and becomes mobile with time so get it replaced ...and one more imp thing that there is gradual loss of bone in extracted socket so makes dental implantation difficult...so do not delay much..For more query feel free to ask

Tongue cleaning is as important as brushing and flossing. Use of a proper tongue scraper every morning will remove tongue plaque and freshen your breath.

Dentigenous cyst or 2. Odontogenic kerato cyst. The doctor said operation is required which will need 3 days and full anesthesia has to be done. 1st day admit. 2nd day operation. 3rd day release. Both d cysts are common in wisdom tooth region which slowly increases in size simultaneously destroying d adjacent bone. So one has to undergo a surgery to remove them. Depending on the size of the cyst surgery is planned in LA or GA. if surgery is planned in GA u need hospitalization for 3days.
