Keep using good sunscreen, moisturiser and take peel sessions, eat fresh fruits and nuts like almond walnut.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Calcium supplements for knee pain avoid long standing and do heat fermentation twice a day. For gas tk medicine like pan 40 and do gentle exercises 14 glass water per day and core strength exercise.

Fibroid may not directly lead to prolapse bladder, bur bladder prolapse may be there due to other reasons. Due to weakness in the vaginal wall badder protrude in the vagina and this cause stress incontinence when urine leaks on coughing / sneezing etc which is common after menopause due lack of hormones do following tale more water in the day time avoid constipation- do not strain at stool. Do not lift heavy wt and if over wt reduce wt exercise - to tighten pelvic floor muscle- tighten your muscles (as if stopping urination in between) keep for 5 seconds and repeat for 4/ 5 times do at least 2/ 3 times a day avoid spicy food/ fried / junk food give feed back after 7 days.

The black patches may be eczema which is a chronic condition. First of all diagnsoe with a skin specialist who gives definite opinion. After that take proper treatment. In homoeopathic approach whatever may be the disease the cause is altered immunity which needs to be corrected after studying patients genetic make up so that a complete cure can be achieved.

I am in IT industry. Having cough for last 1month or so. Cough syrups and other cough medicine have been of no use so far. Feel little pain and heaviness in chest. Not able to give complete focus to things, not sure if for same reason though. Had similar circumstances last year from March to September. CBC and immunoglobulin test are normal.

Hi Yours is a case of cough which is usually without expectoration and in general called as as allergic cough. As your cbc and ig tests are normal then there doesn't seems to be an infective origin. Cough syrups helps in reducing the intensity of cough for some time only. I am suggesting a homoeopathic medicine; take one dose of Amm. Carb 200. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

I have under gone by pass surgery. I am a diabetic and asthmatic. Cabg done four months back. diabetes 30 years. Asthmatic 40 year's back .now my age is 64 year's. Suggest. Me The medication. Lucky you were not considered for CABGx3, surgery which was essentially next stage .....triple bypass done to reperfuse parts of the heart that are not receiving enough blood flow.....so try yoga meditation ,good heart nutrition like pure DHA from omegas , free from saturated fats ,sugars , lot of water and prayers to GOD SUN for 15 mts for natural Vit B ....if may need some ready made items ask for it

Hi, Take complete bed rest. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.

Hello initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot water bag 3) do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4) after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise a physiotherapist can give you personalized exercise plan. 5) avoid wearing high heals and lifting heavy bags 6) stop prolonge sitting or standing. Hello, kindly follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.
