Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain and bad health. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS 4) The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach 5) Other advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes of meals. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. 6) You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. It is said that the best time to consume dinner is before sunset, but it is not possible daily in the present scenario so it is strongly advisable that you do not consume anything heavy in your dinner and make sure your dinner is your lightest meal of the day while you can consume a heavy yet healthy breakfast. 7) The best time for breakfast is from sunrise till 2 and half hours, for example if sun is rising at 6: 00AM in the morning in your city than the best time for the consumption of breakfast is 6: 00AM till 8: 30AM approximately. 8) Make sure you have a 4 to 6 hours gap only in between your main meals. For example if you consumed your breakfast at 8 then make sure you have your lunch between 12: 00pm and 2: 00pm 9) Eat jaggery (gurh), mishri (not from mill), boora (not from mill) instead of sugar and chemical substitutes of sugar and its products. 10) India is a tropical country and for such kind of atmosphere the most beneficial food we can consume living here is vegetarian diet. As non-veg diets decreases the amount of Hydrochloric Acid in the body which in turn decreases the power of our digestive as well as immune system of our body. 11) Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables (seasonal) 12) In between your meals have fruits and nuts as snacks but make sure they are fresh and consumed before they start losing their nutritional values. 13) Lastly I would suggest that make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while you are sleeping, these sleeping positions are accurate and retain your energy throughout the day. I suggest that you even do surya namaskar in the morning after you wake up it is a one in all exercise for a healthy body furthermore make sure you are following a routine and not having a sedentary lifestyle. Hello, Lower back pain since a week, requires investigation. I would suggest you to first give her hot water fomentation after applying volini gel. It Shud help her get rid of her pain. If she gets gud relief with above simple technique then no investigation required. You can also give her combiflam to help her with her pain. If still she gets pain then better get a xray spine done. I hope you get relief and do not require any further investigation. Tk care.

Loose motions may be due to viral infection, bacterial infection, due to any medical condition, or allergy to food or any vegetables, anxiety problems. So, First you should maintain proper dietary management. Rehydrate. Water replaces fluid but not electrolytes lost through diarrhea. Electrolytes are minerals that help your body manage its fluid levels, muscle activity, and other important functions. Go for soup and broth with sodium, fruit drinks or a rehydration fluid such as Ceralyte, Oralyte, or Pedialyte. Eat bland, safe foods. When you have diarrhea, stick with soup and broth. When we talk about health, the kidneys are rarely spoken of. These unsung heroes are responsible for filtering waste out of our bodies and ensuring that only clean blood flows through our system. The kidneys are a pair of small, bean-shaped organs located at the back of the abdomen. Along with removing waste from the blood, the kidneys also balance electrolytes and control the fluid balance in the body. Thus, keeping the kidneys healthy is as important as keeping the heart and lungs healthy.

Kidney stones are the most common condition that can affect these organs. Other conditions that can affect the kidneys include inflammation of the kidneys, renal failure, nephrotic syndrome and cysts. Thankfully, keeping the kidneys healthy is easy. Here are a few things you can do to improve the health of your kidneys.

  1. Drink plenty of water: Keeping your body hydrated is crucial to kidney health. Ideally, a person should drink a minimum of 8-10 glasses of water a day. Water helps control the production of aldosterone- a hormone that regulates blood pressure- by the adrenal glands and helps the kidneys retain enough water and sodium to balance blood volume levels. If the kidneys do not get enough water, the adrenal glands are stressed into increasing blood pressure levels.
  2. Limit consumption of caffeine: We drink caffeine in many ways- sodas, coffee, tea etc. While caffeine may act as a stimulant and keep you focused on what you are doing in the short run, in the long run, it dehydrates the body. Dehydration can also lead to the formation of kidney stones. Hence reduce your caffeine intake and instead drink more water and fresh juices.
  3. Quit smoking: Smoking not only affects the lungs but also damages blood vessels thus decreasing blood flow to the kidneys thus preventing the optimal functioning of the kidneys. Smoking can also increase one’s risk of suffering from renal cancer.
  4. Get regular exercise: Exercise benefits all parts of your body including the kidneys. Regular exercise reduces blood pressure and helps keep the blood moving. This can help prevent kidney diseases and a number of other conditions. Ideally, aim for half an hours exercise a day at the least.
  5. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables: Fruits like grapes, apples and blueberries and vegetables like spinach, beets, garlic and red bell peppers help improve kidney functioning. Women should also include oestrogen boosting foods like chickpeas, fennel, tomatoes, cherries and carrots in their diet to protect themselves against kidney damage and fibrosis.
