Most common reason for pain in abdomen is intestinal cramp. Aprt from that there are number of other reasons. Proper history, clinical examination and pinpoint examination can clinch the diagnosis. And treatment is advised after the diagnosis is made.

Hi For the time being you can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg once every 8 - 10 hours for the next 2-3 days. In the mean time see a physician for evaluation of the causes of headache such as sinus infection or migraine.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. I am suffering from esphagitis grade a and taken few medicine to suppress the acid reflux. But along with that I am having sore throat since last 4-5 months. Hi throat pain can also be due to reflux. Reflux can sometimes cause ear pain also. Treating reflux is the only solution if there is no infective pathology seen inthe throat.

Dear Lybrate User, Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your h b level take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise * do yoga for 10 min, increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day, *Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

You may take coffea 39 thrice a day for one day three drops in water and go to sleep atleast 7 to 8 hours.

So i'm getting procedures done next week and umbilical morcellation in April the 12 but it requires me to be completely asleep but I'mso afraid I'm going to freak out during surgery the doctor said he was going to put me to sleep in seconds and he told the nurse we're going to intubalate her what is that? And he also said 90 degree lithomy position can someone explain please.

if u are below 16-20 than more than 2 time a week is excessive. but bad effect of masturbation on our body is defferent for differnt people. Excessive masturbation is very bad for health. Excessive masturbation is the main reason for Pre-Ejaculation/ erection problem. Swpandosh or nightfall problem also occurs due to excessive masturbation (daily masturbation comes in the category of excessive masturbation). Excessive masturbation can cause weak body, cheeky face, weak eye sight, graying of hair, less weight, fatigue, general weakness, constipation, less appetite, non-erection, low libido, nightfall and many more. sperms are produced regularly but excess is bad. thanks
