The fact is there are no shortcuts! However, there are some really efficient ways (if followed religiously) that can result in quick riddance from fat and related woes. 
Let's see how to get around obesity in these simple ways:

  1. Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it's advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight.
  2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat.  Especially cardio exercises can help in reducing weight but you have to be regular in that.
  3. Manage Your Diet Well: Diet management is the first and foremost thing that can help you deal with the problem of obesity. It is not easy and everyone's cup of tea to have a control on diet but half the battle is won, if you can deal with this dietary change. Your diet should be low in calories, with less carbohydrates and less fats.
  4. Have Mint Leaves: Taking mint leaves in warm water half an hour after taking meals will prove to be beneficial in losing weight as it helps in proper digestion and boosting metabolism.
  5. Drink Green Tea: Green tea, an antioxidant by nature can go a long way in helping you reduce weight. So, prefer taking green tea, if not more once or twice a day.
  6. Switch To Lukewarm Water: Drinking lukewarm water every time you are thirsty will reduce fat deposits in your body, so you must go for it.
  7. Make Homemade Food: Prefer eating homemade food and avoid fatty and fast food.

First thing in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon *Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals *Drink lots of green Tea *Never ever eat sugar *Eat whole foods *Eat all the vegetables you want *Eat 5 small meals a day (This includes snacks) *Do not eat anything after 7PM *do1/2hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking ) *Eat the good fat (olive oil, *Get 8 hours sleep *Minimize stress *Eat low fat dairy products such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk. It will be helpful if you have Vitamin d3 deficiency. Get your blood examined for vitamin D3 and consult doctor with report for advice and treatment.

Dry mouth

Imagine the feeling of a thirst that is so strong it seems it will never be quenched, a constant burning sensation on the tongue, or lips that are constantly dry and cracked. Thirsty yet? Unfortunately, thousands of people, particularly the elderly, are affected by this condition called xerostomia or ?dry mouth.?

Dry mouth is not something to be taken lightly by any means. It can cause a lot of discomfort and have some extremely negative impacts on a person?s quality of life.

When a person has dry mouth, there is an increased risk of cavities and periodontal disease because there is less saliva to cleanse the teeth and gums. In addition, this condition is known to affect a person?s speech, taste sensation and ability to swallow.

When a patient?s salivary glands significantly decrease the production of saliva, or cease production altogether, there is a high risk of cavities or other oral diseases. Saliva is the mouth?s self-cleansing mechanism. It helps remove food debris and plaque from tooth surfaces.

A permanent feeling of dry mouth or decreased saliva flow can be caused by systemic-diseases such as: rheumatoid conditions, dysfunctional immune system, and hormonal and neurological disorders. Biological aging is a contributing factor to this condition, but does not cause dry mouth.

Dry mouth in others can be caused by radiation therapy directed at the head and neck region of the body, which can result in permanent damage to the salivary glands. In addition, there are over 400 drugs that can cause dry mouth as a side effect. The more common drugs are decongestants, diuretics, antihypertensives, antidepressants, and antihistamines.

Many patients that experience dry mouth complain of a sore or burning sensation on the tongue; dry, cracked lips, and at the corners of the mouth; and are often thirsty.

If patients exhibit these symptoms, they should immediately see an oral health professional. With a little extra care, dry mouth can be adequately controlled.

The WDA recommends those affected by dry mouth take the following precautions to keep the mouth wet and reduce the likelihood of cavities or periodontal disease:

Brush and floss teeth at least four times per day (after each meal and before bedtime)
Brush and rinse dentures after each meal
Keep water handy to wet the mouth at all times
Chew sugarless gum
Avoid tobacco, alcohol, sodas and foods high in sugar content
Use moisturizer on the lips to alleviate discomfort.

I am 19 year old weighing 91 kg my height is 5. 6. Have started gym from last two months. Eat more vegetables and minmum of rice. Wheat, butter sweets etc. Reduce intake to one third of what you eat now. You can read my article on obesity in health tips column in the site, weight gain is the result of sedentary life and overeating do aerobic exersises, jog, skip and run. Eat only half of what you eat now. Avoid or reduce sweets and butter, ghee and food containing these. You need to check for hypothyroid state. Go to lab and test tsh and send me the report in ask privately option.

Its just a soreness after workout so nothing to worry and please take rest between sets and do stretch before and after every set. Apply ice pack after your workout.

First kindly accept my Congratulations on the good news, as regarding vomiting in pregnancy don't worry. It's a perfectly normal thing unless it gets so much that you start loosing weight and unable to retain anything. Try to have small frequent meals Avoid spicy and oily food Don't take solid and liquid in diet together, keep at least 20 minutes gap Mint is very effective in controlling nausea, try mint candy If all these fail please consult your doctor to prescribe medicine.

I am 66 plus and recently blood test fasting, indicated 109.9 tellme should I get checked p p too? in the morning I was having green tea with ginger, lime, honey. Have stopped honey. What more precaution is required to be taken? kindly advice.

Fasting 109 may be borderline. Get pp done. Precautions are to do one hour's exercise daily, try maintain a bmi closer to 23 kg per sq. Meter. Avoid deep fried foods.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress. Avoid non-veg, avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. Drink warm water, juice, green veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area, cold things. I. E. Ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods, spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest, you can take tab. Tamiflu from govt. Hospitals. Use nasal spray otrivin for blocked nose.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Since you can't replace the missing body fat, your aim will be avoiding complications. A healthy lifestyle plays a big role. Everyone with lipodystrophy should eat a low-fat diet. But children still need enough calories and good nutrition so they grow properly. Exercise will help her stay healthy, too. Physical activity lowers blood sugar and can keep fat from building up dangerously.
