Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicine Berberis Aquifolium Q ( 10 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *Get an adequate amount of sleep. *Avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples,it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *Avoid fried and spicy food. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

Get ultra sound of KUB area. And urine re/me do 1.Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely. 2.Wipe from front to back after toilet 3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine 4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products 5.Try to take shower rather than bath 6.Clean genitals before sex and pass urine after sex to flush out any bacteria 7.Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans for medicine contact on private consultation.

Hi. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) avoid late night sleeping habits, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals, B) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week, do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective, avoid use of any shampoo and hair oil…for 30 days…THANKS.

♧Do not wash your hair with too much hot water.

♧If you use any shampoo, use only an ORGANIC shampoo or conditioner.

♧ Do not comb the hair backwards. Use a good quality brush or comb. Avoid excessive brushing.

♧Massage the scalp vigorously for 10 to 15 minutes (until you start to feel hot there) after bathing it with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp and prevent hair loss.

♧Coconut oil and castor are very good for hair.

♧Boil dry pieces of amla (Indian goose berry) in coconut oil and apply on hair for hair loss prevention.

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.

My wife had her period on 27 February and it continued till 1st March. We had unprotected sex on the 4th March. She later took unwanted 72 on 5th march in the evening. I am suffering from some sort of depression and anxiety. I always try to meet and talk new people but whenever I come across with new pals I feels some sort of anxiety while in conversation my heart rate goes high something like I am giving an interviews. Hi, I can understand how you feel. What you are expecting sounds like social anxiety though you would need a formal diagnosis from a psychiatrist. When you are socially anxious, you don't feel comfortable in the company of people and social social situations can become uncomfortable. This is possibly what is making you aloof and lonely. If you are an introvert then that also can be part of the reason for the lack of connection with people. I would suggest that you try some hypnotherapy for this. Also, writing down how you feel in a daily journal or diary will really help. Having a conversation with yourself in your mind is just a by product of all the thoughts you have, the anxiety you feel, this is also part of the social anxiety bit. Pls try some deep breathing and consulting a counsellor or psychologist. You can connect with me as well. Hope you feel better soon.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For fluctuation of blood glucose main reason is either inadequate dose of insulin or improper intake of food. If patient does not follow the specified restrictions in relation to food intake, then there will be variation in glucose. Treatment of diabetes needs a combination of appropriate dosage of drugs, diet restriction and regular exercise with weight control. Thanks.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every few hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

The source of pain can be from the knee cap, it happens generaly when the medial group of muscles in the knee are weak and your patella tend to rub on the lateral aspect of thigh bone. Please do strengthening exercises for vmo and avoid stairs, squatting. Try it for 3 weeks if doesn't get better then revert.
