Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

It's actually difficult to suggest remedies for this since you have to continue with your job, but there are strengthening exercises and gadgets available at home which can actually increase the strength of your hand muscles as well as take adequate calcium, vitamin d and a multivitamin supplementation for this as well. I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

take tab. dolo 650 mg sos for headache.tab. pan 40 mg once a day for 3 days.tab. meftal spas sos for abdomen pain. take protein powder 1 tsf with milk once a day. avoid stress. if not ok then checkup cbc, lipid profile, blood sugar, and consult again. thanks.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

A x-ray must to know bone condition if x-ray is normal then tk physiotherapy treatment and avoid long standing. And sitting toward bending sit straight and after physiotherapy treatment do spinal strength exercise.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. We remain seated most of the time and stand for very short periods of time. Unfortunately walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can bear the weight of the upper body. For this exercises of the back muscles are very helpful. Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight. Most importantly if you are overweight then losing weight is an important part of the whole treatment plan .Long term use of painkillers for low back pain is harmful Treatment for back pain:- Homeopathic medicines are very helpful. After getting mri done, not much to contribute for btterment, don't go for operation. Back pain depends on lot of factors such as your profession, type of work, the way you sit, the way you sleep, the way you lift the things etc. Best way is take rest on flat (palang) bed with 2 inches thickness, don't bend & work or lift any thing from ground, rest should be complete except allowing youself to bath room& all the instruction which are advised by qualified doctor or physiotherapist. I am sure you will be much better, take some simple pain killers like dolo 650 mg three times daily on & off when you require them. Don' t forget todo some back extension exercises when you don't feelpain to prevent future episodes of pain.

Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in one bowl & cold water in another bowl. First dip your hand in hot water for 3min then in cold water for 1min, keep repeating for 20min, twice daily. Finger splints are available, stationary splint will give your finger complete rest whether with dynamic one you can do work as well
