This problem has an excellent solution in ayurveda. Start taking a pinch of turmeric with milk. Take 3-4 vasa leaves. Boil it in a half glass of water, filter and drink it daily. If still problem persists, go with a proper ayur treatment.

I want to know is it necessary asthma to take medicine daily or take when it necessary??

MBBS
General Physician, Jaipur
It depends upon the frequency and severerity of asthma. If you have frequent symptoms then you have to take daily medication mosty in form of tablets or inhalers. But if you have very occassional symptoms then you can take only during your attacks or when you anticipate one.

U should get a ct scan done to find any underlying pathology like polyps in nose and accordingly treatment can be given. You can start him on tab. Montair-l daily at bed time and flomist nasal spray twice a day along with that steam inhalation also.
