My bowel does not get clear in the morning. I need to go to toilet twice or thrice. Particularly after having some food like after lunch, I feel like going to toilet. Quantity is less and some what semi solid kind. My doctor told it is Irregular Bowel Syndrome and advised me to take Librax in the night and Raver DSR in the morning (empty stomach). If you want to put up wt in rt way, its always suggestable to take more protein related diet&to reduce the intake of fat, carbohydrates in your diet. Tes, ofcourse, you need to take more veg, green leafy, vegetables of all kinds, fruits, milk,& related all contents too. If in non. Veg, you can take more fish[with less spices, less oily], meat, egg. Mostly white. Take more sprouts, salads, millets, dal as supplemens. Do not forget to take more intake of water, approximatelyminimum 3-4 litres/day. Avoid outside food, junk/fast/more spicy food& canned, baked, packaged food or drinks. **at the same time you needtodo some exercises, regularly, to get fitness, that may be in gym, or by jogging, plating anyway for maintaining fitness.
