Diet activity follow for at least 3 months regularly also consult endocrinologist (diabetes & obesity super specialist) to know if there are any endocrine (hormone) causes for obesity.

you are 10 kgs over your ideal body weight... Generally weight gain can be due to a lot of reasons. -unhealthy lifestyle -excessive intake of sugars and extra calories. -alcohol consumption -stress correction of lifestyle is the solution. -sleep for at least 7-8 hrs -exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday -drink at least 2.5-3 liters of water -eat mindfully -stay away from stress. Indulge in meditation.

Diabetes have to be controlled by monitoring diet exercise and medications. All these three together have an impact on your diabetes. For bp you need to cut down on salt and fat intake. Salted food like papad, pickle, sauce also to be avoided.

You still have a lot chance to gain height. 1. Regularly do exercises of hanging under proper physical trainer guidance 2. Slightly increase the amount of protein intake in your diet (do not prefer protein powder externally unless prescribed by an authorised doctor) take it regularly 3. If you are a sports person playing basketball will suffice.

Hello Lybrate User, Losing weight requires you to burn more calories than you consume. You can lose weight by eating a well balanced diet that's coupled with exercise. For reduce weight you should avoid fatty, oily,high calories diet and exercise regular eat green salad. And avoid rice ,potato, sugar,ice cream, coldrinks, etc.in homeopathic phytolaca tab and cal flour ,Garcinia Q is very helpful to reduce weight and improve fat metabolism, regular walking or swimming up to 30 minutes to 1 hr is necessary.
