1. Drink Enough Water Water is the best medicine to maintain a clear, healthy and glowing skin. Drinking plenty of water will make the skin supple. You must drink atleast 8 glasses of water per day. Water should never be an option, since it is  the key to hydration. Water helps to moisturize your skin, and  flushes the toxins to clean your body from inside 2.Sleep Well You must have enough sleep, as the skin cells rejuvenates and heal themselves. Sleeping properly lowers your stress levels and avoid your skin from dry, dullness. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep with your back facing the bed, because when you sleep on your side ways or facing your pillow then the bacteria on that pillow might spread to your face. Also remove your make up before going to bed and wash your face with a mild soap. 3. 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately) -Q-tips or cotton balls (optional) -Yogurt (optional) Directions Rinse face gently with water and pat dry. Dab fingers, a cotton ball, or a Q-tip in lemon juice and apply to pimple. If it stings, try mixing it first with a bit of yogurt. 4. Honey and cinnamon used together helps to fight acne because of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Add a couple of drops of tea tree oil to either of the masks above during an active acne breakout. Tea tree oil is considered one of the best home remedies for acne. Along with tae homeopathic treatment for best result. Take care.

I have pimple a on my face.
I use wild stone soap. I clean my face thrice a day. Still the problem existing.
Acne usually subsides after adolescence, but may last into middle age. Scarring may occur if severe acne is not treated. Some people, especially teenagers, can become significantly depressed if it is not treated. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results in acne and pimples and gives relief in long term. Moreover all medications are natural, safe, gentle, effective, easy to administer and without any adverse effects. With homoeopathic medicines, also take the following self-care steps to lessen the effects of acne: clean your skin gently with a mild soap removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. Try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the pimples. Although it might be tempting to do this, it can lead to scarring and skin infections. Avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. Identify and avoid anything that aggravates pimples. Your triggers may include foods, lotions, or make-up. Avoid greasy cosmetics or creams. Look for water-based or" non-comedogenic" formulas. Take make-up off at night. Homeopathic treatment is strongly recommended for patients who are desperately looking for an effective remedy.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be becuase of deiciency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i.e., without any cause). Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic Rx - Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20days (as it is safe).

" hair: daily shedding of upto 100 hairs is normal. Excessive hair fall can be due to male pattern baldness, physical or mental stress, anaemia or nutritional deficiency or certain medical conditions like thyroid disorders, low serum ferritin etc. Take a nutritious and protein rich diet (pulses, milk products, eggs). Use of hair supplements containing biotin will be of help. Avoid routine application of gels or frequent blow drying of your hair. Use a sulfate free shampoo for your hair twice a week. A hair growth lotion or serum can be prescribed to you depending on the cause and severity of your hair fall. Biotin containing hair supplements can be taken for 3-6 months. Ketokonazole based shampoo can be used for treating dandruff.

Hello, There are different types of LASER Therapies available in the market for hair removal. It beams highly concentrated light into hair follicles. Pigment in the follicles absorb the light. That destroys the hair. Lasers are useful for removing unwanted hair from the face, leg, arm, underarm, bikini line, and other areas. Lasers can selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged. Small areas such as the upper lip can be treated in less than a minute, and large areas, such as the back or legs, may take up to an hour. Most patients have permanent hair loss after an average of three to seven sessions. And later in few cases, maintenance sittings are also needed in future. If you are planning on undergoing laser hair removal, you should limit plucking, waxing, and electrolysis for six weeks before treatment. That's because the laser targets the hairs' roots, which are temporarily removed by waxing or plucking. You should also avoid sun exposure for six weeks before and after treatment. Sun exposure makes laser hair removal less effective and makes complications after treatment more likely. The rate varies from place to place and area to be treated. The hormone serum testosterone is responsible for the amount of hair and the genes.

A lot of people use hair styles that need tight pulling of hair. This process of hair styling causes friction among hair strands and results in hair breakage. This condition is known as Tractional Alopecia.
