Hai, I am aged 25, I have a problem that, i'm getting bleeding from my nose twice or thrice in a year for last 8 years. Now recently I relocated to hyderabad 2 months before, here for last one week the temperature is 43- 46 degree celsius. For last one week every alternative days i'm getting high bleeding from my nose. I'm recently married so my wife was very scared and asking me consult doctor. But I hesitated it and said it is due to heat and high temperature. Please kindly give me good advice to cure this and what to do during the time of bleeding. What should not do.

At the time of bleeding lie down without pillow head on a lower level. Apply ice packs on nose. This has many causes. One is extremely hot weather. Never poke finger in your nose. Take foods that cool in nature like watermelons lime water. Eat less of mangoes. Dont eat dry fruits in this weather. An ent check up is a must no need to hesitate this is a very common problem. No fault of yours so no need to hide or feel bad about it.

You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. It could be due to low hemoglobin and hypothyroidism. Do a thyroid function test and consult doctor for advice 1.Take good nourishing diet like milk, cheese, paneer, egg, fish, mutton, chicken, pulses,soybean 2. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. 1. Take bland diet, avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper breakfast, dont skip or postpone your meal, take home made food, avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, dont rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, dont skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

I get pimple like structure in my nose it usually happens in Summer and winter seasons when by mistakenly or when I touch the pimple it hurts very bad. And it starts bleeding what should I do please help.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals
