Hello I am 25 years male virgin .i have one day constipation problem last month. On that day I got multiple bowel moments with difficulty. From that day I got constipation for two days sometimes. From that day the erection of penis slowly decreased when masturbate and before 6 days also my penis erection hardness is low when I masturbate watching porn. Before 3 days I ejaculate while sleeping and yesterday if want to check my erection through seeing porn the penis do not erect little much also. I do not smoke and I do not drink. My weight is 85 kg with 5'9 height. I consulted to some doctor online and he wrote nano leo capsules morning and evening for 15 days and syrup cremaffin for constipation. All these products are nonsense. At nineteen yes age bone height completed.So no use of any drugs. Better you go for swimming. it can give some benefits.

You might be tired because of traveling you can take one tab of combiflam twice a day for a day to relieve your pain if it suits you once you are relaxed you will sleep also

Hi, Apply Ksheerabal Taila to the palms and feet and massage for 10-15 mins. Than give hot water fomentation. Do this 3 times a day for about a week. He will feel better.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Its trapezitis. Apply ice pack. Go to your nearest physiotherapist. Take ultrasound/ift/laser/ met/mfr/trigger point release/dry needling/kinesiology taping/theracise & you shall be fine in 1 day. Keep going and coming is because of your ill habits. You do not address weak muscles and neither you correct your neck posture. Address the concern comprehensively. Also assess your pillow for sleep, must have a pillow, width of your shoulder to neck.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

Rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious.

Your weight is did appropriate for your height. Reduce it and try abdominal muscles strengthening exercises as well as posterior pelvic tilt.

U should avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weights. Do back and core strengthenin exercise as recommended by a good physiotherapist. Take a diet rich in calcium and vitamin d. Hope this helps.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
