You need 6 to 8 hours of sleep per day. Afternoon it can be jus a nap. As per laziness is concerned, if you are having a refreshed sleep but still if you do not feel to work or to do any activity, you don't try to create any interest also.

Ucan try arnica+jaborandi+china+can notharis combinstion of hair oil. Available from bioforce or schwabe or sbl company from any reputed homeo storez.&also of same shampoo helps well. Take bioforce's bio hair drops daily 2 times. Each time 15-20 drops in 1/4th cup of water. Daily. Try to eat dates, sprouts. If its due toany other health complaints like dkin problems/harmonal imbalance/any other health issues, then t/t accordingly is required.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. . >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. . >>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. . >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. . >> Avoid junk food and colas. Please Dr. reply kare mujhe raat ko neend nhi aate main bahut pareshaan hu maine apne city main doctor ko bhi dekhaya phele to unhone mujhe exercise karne ke liye kaha jab maine unhe bataya ki mujhe morning main 6 am uthna hota hai kyu ki mujhe apne job ke liye dusre city main jana hota hai uske liye mujhe rooz 6: 45 am ki local train pakdne hote hai toh unhone mujhe zolpidem 10 mg sleeping pill de par koi fayeda nhi hua yeh sirf 1-2 ghante asar karte hai uske baad jaise hee iska asar khatam hota hai mere neend apne aap khul jaate hai Dr. aap mujhe 6-7 hours working sleeping pill de plzz ta ke main soo sako plzzz Dr. maine bahut logo ko dekhaya hai par koi fayeda nhi hua is liye main aap se keh raha hu aap mujhe 6-7 hours working sleeping pill de.

Simple ways for a restful sleep 1.Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m. Or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2.Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.

I'm getting wake up in the middle of the night sometimes at 2: 30 sometimes at 3: 00 am. After that I'm not getting sleep. Again I need to sleep in the afternoon. It's not possible to me all time. How could I get 7 hours of sleep at night. Please suggest me.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night. 9.Don’t sleep in day time 10.Don’t take sleeping pill 11. If no relief consult doctor/me for further advice
