Hair Transplantation : Facts

Hair loss delivers a serious blow to anyone's self-esteem. It will hamper your ability to do your job with confidence and you constantly fear that they're mocking your baldness when they think you're not around. Sometimes, people mistake hair loss for inability to handle stress. Sometimes, this misunderstanding is the very reason why people get passed over for a promotion they deserve. Worst of all, your stunted self-esteem caused by hair loss might impair your relationship with your loved ones.

In most cases, receding hairline and baldness are something that we have no control over. Fortunately, there are many solutions to hair loss. If you're looking for an effective long-term solution that will bring back your handsome or beautiful self, then it's time to get a hair transplant surgery.

By choosing hair transplant, you're effectively stopping your source of insecurity dead in its tracks. One of the reasons why hair loss experts and patients prefer a hair transplant is the dramatic advances this hair loss solution currently enjoys. These advances led to innovative techniques like follicular unit transplantation (fut) and follicular unit extraction (fue) that make hair transplant patients hair look as natural as one could ever imagine possible by using the patient's own hair in the process.

Does hair transplantation work?

A transplant is widely considered to be the most effective way how to solve hair loss in the hair restoration field. It allows hair loss patients to grow 60% of new hair in six months time, a gold standard in modern hair restoration area. It banks on ample research that strongly denotes adult hair follicles ability to regenerate hair and epidermal ridges that make it strongly conducive to new hair growth regardless of the factors at play. These two facts serve as the pillars of the efficacy of hair transplant procedures.

Is hair transplant permanent? results upon results show that hair transplant is indeed permanent, making it also the cheapest way to regain your confidence in the long run. Due to the fact that your own hormone is the most common cause of hair loss, this hair surgery will focus on getting your hormone-resistant hairs, commonly found surrounding bald patches, and placing them on the bald patches itself. There's no risk of rejection or impaired aesthetics since the hair being implanted is your own, eliminating any doubt on hair transplant's effectiveness and permanence.

Hair transplant process:
First, a team of venus hair transplant professionals will take a photo of your bald patches or thinning area for future comparison. Your attending Dr. Venus hair restoration physician will then reassess the aesthetic goals you want the hair restoration procedure to achieve and the technique you opted for. Next, the team will clean your scalp and provide a local anesthetic before hair transplant professionals move hair follicles and the scalp from your hormone-resistant hairs to the thinning area or bald patches you want to be restored.

Dr. Venus offers two hair restoration plans: these two plans use follicular unit transplantation (fut) and follicular unit extraction (fue) techniques, respectively.

The fue technique employs linear incision to collect follicular units through the trichophytic closure technique. It is a state-of-the-art procedure that allows hair to continue growing through the edges of the incisions, making it hard to detect. This micrografting technique is perfect for people looking to create a natural looking front hairline and achieve a healthy set of hair. With this technique, you'll look good in six months.

Whichever hair treatment plan you choose, you are assured that each procedure uses cutting-edge technology for the safe and permanent result.
How to make sure you have good hair transplantation:
Regardless of the supposed success of any surgical procedure, effective results will always boil down to professional expertise. Hair transplant is a delicate process and the outcome heavily relies on the professional teams specialty, skill, experience, and technological resources. That's why it's critical that you're not just haphazardly getting a hair transplant in Hyderabad, you need a world-class hair restoration team that will make your newly-revitalized hair look as natural as possible and your hair surgery stitches virtually undetectable.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Tea Tree Oil: It is a great moisturizer for the hair; it helps to keep the scalp free of bacteria and fungal problems. Tea tree oil unblocks the sebaceous glands and encourages the flow of the scalp’s own moisturising oils while clearing away dead skin cells. Tea tree oil mixed with other essential oils is especially good as a scalp treatment for relieving dandruff.

Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion IRON rich diet like Green vegetables,Fruits and 2 glass milk daily PAPAYA PACK ( BAKSON) Daily apply on face directly in evening when u think u r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON) Use 30 minutes before exposing to ssun rays. Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigmentation spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.
