For dandruff, try this - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Every 2 hr you suppose to move from desk and do stretching to release tension from body (as constant sitting may cause stiffness) for weight gain first and foremost thing is to do regular physical activity and exercise.(jogging, swimming, treking) avoid to take outside junk food. Prefer dinner as early as possible. Avoid oily fried things, sugar etc take plenty of water and fruits. Your diet rich in sprouts, vegetables, salads, fruit juice etc. Avoid to take processed food.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

If there is no wound on skin stop applying fucidin cream. Redness or scar marks will be minimized with time. You just apply fresh aloevera juice 2-3 times a day and unboiled milk in the evening, will get relief.

Hello, 19 month old should be able to drink from a beaker or sippy cup. It is not a good idea to introduce bottle as there is high risk of infections. You can try giving 2-3 cups which is about 500 ml of milk. He can also take curds and cheese which are the other sources of calcium. He should be eating about 4 meals and 1-2 snacks daily.

HI, Take cap. Tonsari 1-1-1 with hot water after food and tab. Lakshmivilasa Ras 1-1-1 after food. These medicines should be taken for 6-8 weeks continuously. Take tab.
