Detected with 3.7 mm stone in gallbladder , will it get dissolved automatically or any treatment or medicine required ?
You need to take medicines that can help in removing them naturally such as our medicines combination of herbal and homeo that will help in removing stones. Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. This leads to an imbalance of the acid-alkali balance in the body which causes the cholesterol to precipitate in the gall bladder leading to stone formation. Over time, these may get infected and lead to an acute inflammation, pain, fever etc. A stone may move ahead into a narrow passage or the duct and get stuck leading to severe agony. The safest and way that should be used to remove gall stones is removing it naturally, not just remove gall stones from gall bladder but also remove the cause of gall stones.

I am a student and facing this bowel issue since 3 years. I require more amount of time to defecate. And I need to go several times a day. Recently I noticed blood particles and tissues in my stool. I visited gastroenterologist and underwent colonoscopy. The doctor said everything is normal. But after colonoscopy, I am having slight pain in my right abdomen and chest. And today I noticed bloody mucus after my stool. I consulted my doctor again and he said not to worry as it may be due to gas and bleeding is local. But I am a bit scared. Please help.

I have noticed a mass lump near my anus. It is soft and doesn't hurt. I thought it could be piles, but I haven't noticed blood in stool. What could be the problem?

MS - General Surgery, MBBS

A soft painless lump near anus may be piles but if it is a little distance from the opening, then other reasons may be there. Dont wait for bleeding to start. Get a diagnosis by physical exam.

I am 35 year old male from Jaipur, 9 month ago I have admitted into hospital with blood in stool and pain in right abdomen after checkup and colonoscopy doctor said I have ulcers in ileum and they have take the biopsy the result of biopsy is moderate chronic inflammation no granuloma seen. Then doctor said it might be can TB inflammation or IBD and doctor started ATT for 9 months now I have complete 9 month of TT but my lower right side abdomen pain is still not cure.

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Hi Mukesh The chances of having IBD are there. I suggest you to go for another colonoscopy to know the current status of your ulcers. ATT was started only on empirical basis as there was no definitive diagnosis of TB. As you have already completed the 9 month course and the problem is still there to a lesser extent; IBD seems to be the only possible diagnosis although it is not that much advanced. I suggest you to take homoeopathic treatment only as homoepathy has a permanent solution for your problem.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

Hello Docs, please can you guide me about food to avoid if one is suffering from constipation and foods to avoid duri...
Food to avoid in Constiption 1.Dairy food such as whole milk, butter, cheese or ice cream have a very high fat content without a great deal of fiber. 2. Foods that are very high in sugar and fat tend to be low in fluids and fiber, which will make it much easier for you to become constipated. Soft drinks, cakes, pastries, crackers, cookies and candy are known to contribute to digestion problems. 3. Fast food causes a variety of health problems, including heart disease or constipation. Foods such as corn chips, pizzas, fries, pasta, frozen dinners and hamburgers are highly processed which causes them to lose their natural fiber content 4. You should include meat in your diet because this is a good source of protein, but high amounts of animal protein is harder for your body to digest than plant proteins. Consuming too much meat, particularly red meat can replace the fiber-rich foods in your diet, limiting your ability to get the fiber you need to keep your digestive system functioning the way it should. 5. Having too much iron in the body is known to cause constipation. Patients, especially men, should check their multivitamins to see how much iron they contain. When you experience constipation, cut back on foods right in iron 6. Alcoholic beverages can cause constipation. Limit your alcohol intake to one drink for women and two drinks for men per day. Foods that contain white flour, white rice, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda or yeasted bread may also cause constipation. Foods To avoid in DIARRHOEA 1 All fried foods and greasy foods. 2.Avoid fruits and vegetables that can cause gas, such as broccoli, peppers, beans, peas, berries, prunes, chickpeas, green leafy vegetables, and corn. 3.Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and carbonated drinks. 4.Limit or cut out milk and other dairy products if they are making your diarrhea worse or causing gas and bloating.

You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. You need to practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques. If your symptoms are not improved, you need to take prescription medication for a period of time.

General Physician,
What is uremic gastropathy? The causes, symptoms ,treatment of it. Explain in detail plz.
Uraemic Gastrophy is a term used to describe the upper gastrointestinal signs and histopathological changes associated with uremia, a condition that causes blood to be introduced into a patient’s urine. Patients with Uraemic Gastrophy may have a diverse set of gastrointestinal disorders, including gastrointestinal bleeding, anorexia, heartburn and postprandial fullness. Other uncommon disorders such as esophagitis, gastric angiodysplasia and inflammatory gastric polyps have been described. Underlying contributing factors and mechanisms to the development of uremic gastropathy and the resulting disorders remain unclear. The ultimate treatment for uremia is dialysis. Initiation of dialysis is indicated when signs or symptoms of uremia (eg, nausea, vomiting, volume overload, hyperkalemia, severe acidosis) are present and are not treatable by other medical means. Renal transplantation is the best renal replacement therapy and results in improved survival and quality of life.

Hello, There is an old saying - ‘Prevention is always better than cure!’ Few changes in your lifestyle can make you and heart healthy. Need to chose healthy, nutritious diet and keep rejecting unhealthy, high-caloried food with little physical activity. -Eat larger portions of low-calorie, nutrient-rich foods, such as fruits and vegetables, and smaller portions of high-calorie, high-sodium foods, such as refined, processed or fast foods. -Vegetables and fruits are not only low in calories and rich in dietary fiber, but also are good sources of vitamins and minerals which helps in help preventing cardiovascular disease. -Whole grains are good sources of fiber and other nutrients that play a role in regulating blood pressure and heart health. -Limiting how much saturated (butter, margarine and shortening; by cutting down meat or choosing lean meats) and trans fats you eat is an important step to reduce your blood cholesterol and lower your risk of coronary artery disease. Choose monounsaturated fats, such as olive oil or canola oil. Polyunsaturated fats, found in certain fish, avocados, nuts and seeds, also are good choices for a heart-healthy diet. -Lean meat, poultry and fish, low-fat dairy products, and eggs are some of your best sources of protein. Legumes — beans, peas and lentils; apart from this syoabean — also are good sources of protein and contain less fat and no cholesterol. -Reduce the sodium in your food. -Go daily for a brisk walk of 30-40 min. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. -Drink plenty of plain water (12-14glasses per day). -Take 6-8 hrs of sound sleep. -Indulge in some kind of cardio activities like swimming, jumping, running, cycling. -Laughter is the best medicine for any problem. Be Happy and make others happy! So, take homoeopathic Heart Tonic by Schwabe Essentia Aurea /10-20 drops should be taken 3 times a day before meals. Management: No matter what your age, everyone can benefit from a healthy diet and adequate physical activity. -Choose a healthy eating plan. The food you eat can decrease your risk of heart disease and stroke. Choose foods low in saturated fat, trans fat, and sodium. As part of a healthy diet, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, fiber-rich whole grains, fish (preferably oily fish-at least twice per week), nuts, legumes and seeds and try eating some meals without meat. Select lower fat dairy products and poultry (skinless). Limit sugar-sweetened beverages and red meat. If you choose to eat meat, select the leanest cuts available. -Be physically active. You can slowly work up to at least 2½ hours (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity (e.g. Brisk walking) every week or 1 hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes) of vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity (e.g. Jogging, running) or a combination of both every week. Additionally, on 2 or more days a week you need muscle-strengthening activities that work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest shoulders, and arms). Children should get at least 60 minutes of activity every day. -It's never too early or too late to learn the warning signs of a heart attack and stroke. Not everyone experiences sudden numbness with a stroke or severe chest pain with a heart attack. And heart attack symptoms in women can be different than men. Take Care.
