Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

You are suffering from soft tissue infection. Don't drain pus by yourself. In this process, you disturb the healing process of body and leads to recurring infection. Just keep the area clean by washing with plain water. Apply a paste of haldi, chandan & besan on it. It will resolve.

1. Take crocin Pain relief one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple 2. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, exposure to loud noise, bright light, strong smell inadequate sleep, continuous use of cell phone since it precipitates migraine attack 4. Avoid salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho (red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl. Don’t skip/postpone your meal, avoid hunger since it triggers the attack 5. Go for regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight 6. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis like propranolol/ vasograin after consulting physician 8. Consult neurologist to exclude other causes of headache and if required, take CT scan of brain.

I do not sleep properly at nights. My sleep at nights is 4 hours only. I am 75 years old and I take 2 tablets /day for diabetes, 1 tablet/day for BP and 1 tablet/day for cholesterol. With these tablets my BP, diabetes and cholesterol under control. Still I do not have sleep at nights. Please let me know What I should do? also suggest me remedial measures to have good sleep at nights.

TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 /4 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Flax seeds have been enjoying the attention of dieters all over the world Role In weight loss diet – • Lignans – the lignans and fiber in flax seeds helps in reaching early satiety (the feeling of fullness). It can cause. Do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water you need medicine also for medicine contact on private chat. Good luck.

I usually get bad throat pain along with cough whenever I eat cold things like ice cream or drink cold drinks or so. Few doctors told it's tonsillitis and few told it's pharyngitis. The medicines work for a few days and again when I have something cold next time, I get same problem. Please help.

Take baryta carb 200, 5 drops, once in a week. Takehepar sulph 30, 5 drops once daily. Take phytolaca decandra q, 10 drops in 100 ml warm water and do gargles twice a day. Revert after 5 days.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress and strain or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

I am 32 year old. From delhi, india. I had met with road accident n have kind of disease name. Avn in my hip joints. Got operated in january 2014. It was kind of regrowth regenerate process related surgery of joints head. But still I am feeling pain near lower back. Obviously, not a natural walk now. Not as smooth. I consulted with my doctor that day he said 2 points. 1. It taken this year and bone is regenerate well. 2. You must have to decide when you willing to get operation n we will fix the artificial joints. I am confused abt the answer. When I ask him abt the previous followup conversation. He denied abt the points he made in past. What kind of treatment I should take? please. Give me guidance.

Avascular necrosis is a condition in which the head of the femur due to lack of blood supply become non viable, collapses and may lead to arthritic changes in the joint. Also progressively as the disease progresses, it can lead to a limping way of walking and subsequently diminished movements and pain. Your earlier surgery must have been an attempt for re vascularization of the head but it seems that has not worked and that is common. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

He has become hygiene freak like washing hands many times, taking bath frequently even midnight, applying hand sanitizer too many times. Hyper active, High temper from one month. He is very religious. He wakes early morning does exercise and goes to office again evening does exercise. He is disappointed with almost all relations in this life except wife and children. Gets frusted if something goes wrong around him. Like polluting vehicles, some misbehaviour from others etc. He has high levels of anxiety. We advised him to meet physiachrst but he denies. What can be the problem do we need medical help. Please advice.

Hi, definitely you should visit a psychiatrist. He is suffering from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). The essential feature of this disorder is recurrent obsessional thoughts or compulsive acts. Obsessional thoughts are ideas, images or impulses that enter the individual's mind again and again in a stereotyped form. They are almost invariably distressing (because they are violent or obscene, or simply because they are perceived as senseless) and the sufferer often tries, unsuccessfully, to resist them. They are, however, recognized as the individual's own thoughts, even though they are involuntary and often repugnant. Compulsive acts or rituals are stereotyped behaviours that are repeated again and again. They are not inherently enjoyable, nor do they result in the completion of inherently useful tasks. Autonomic anxiety symptoms are often present, but distressing feelings of internal or psychic tension without obvious autonomic arousal are also common. There is a close relationship between obsessional symptoms, particularly obsessional thoughts, and depression. So, you need to be treated and for that have to visit a psychiatrist otherwise its severity with time will increases.

Take dolo 650 mg one sos for fever. If not ok in 2-3 days, do some test like cbc, typhidot. Malarial antigen. Inform or see a physician.
