Hi lybrate-user, you already answered your query, yes perspiration and sun exposure is causing the redness and skin irritation. Here are few tips to help you personally. 1. Try to take bath as you get off from duty. 2. Eat lot of fruits and salad, this will fulfill your need for vitamins and nourishment of skin. 3. You can even use olive oil at bed time to sooth the skin when you are off. 4. Keep hydrated as you work in field your skin needs more water. 5. Try to wear 100% cotton cloths whenever on field. Hello Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. I have hairfall so much and my hair is becoming thin. What should do to grow my hair long and density.

Massage any of the hair oils onto your hair and scalp by applying light pressure with your fingertips. Do this at least once a week.
2. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process three to four times a week.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, eggs, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity.

- do not scratch or squeeze the lesions - do not apply creams or oils on face - do not apply hair oils or wash oil within 1 hour of application - take plenty of fluids - wash your face 2-3 times daily especially when it's oily - certain foods can increase acne such as chocolates, oily food etc, avoid these if they increase acne - take plenty of fluids and fruits - dandruff can also increase acne, so use anti-dandruff shampoo if you have acne. - also, for the marks, try to avoid sunexposure as far as possible (use broadspectrum gel based sunscreen, cover the face while outside during sunlight hours)

If your periods are regular still now and got skipped this month then there is a suspicion that you might be pregnant please have it checked through home done spot test with ICAN and for confirmation undergo urine for HCG test. If you have irregular periods even before then this might be due to hormonal supplement which is effecting your cycle.

My mother age 60 yrs. After ultrasound report diagnose ovarian cyst. Two blood test CA 125 report result 71 and second one AFP report 2.7. She also sugar patient. Pl advice for further treatment.

Get a ct scan done to confirm the type of ovarian cyst. Her ca 125 is raised so in my opinion she should be operated for uterus and ovary removal.

I am on fat loss diet, I know that low carb and high protein should be my goal, but I am very confused between different opinions on calorie content of boiled white rice (i know brown rice is nest) and wheat atta roti Can you please compare between two of them in term of calories.

there is a no much difference between 1 med cooked roti & 3/4 katori of rice. Calories content of rice is 86 & roti is 84. but whole wheat roti has a more fibre as compared to the white rice....

I am working in bpo in night shift. Having issue with back pain. How to resolve it. Does smoking have any impact on this.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
