Hi, Sepia is a medicine which is indicated in all types of diseases .Here on internet you will find only the medicines which are indicated for special type of symptom. Here we study this deeply and not superficially. If you see the symptoms of any remedy .you will find female symptoms , in every medicine. This doesnot mean that all medicines are indicated for women .It depends on deep study .Don't refer on internet symptoms of medicines that will misguide.Hope I have clarified your doubt. If then also any queries please do ask.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. I am 19 running male and have dandruff last 7 months. Can you suggest what can I do?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Seborrheic dermatitis is also called dandruff, seborrheic eczema and seborrheic psoriasis. It isn't contagious, and it's not a sign of poor personal hygiene. Few self-care tips can help you control and manage seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff): Soften and remove scales from your hair. Apply mineral oil or olive oil to your scalp. Leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it. Wash your skin regularly. Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer. Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up. Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. This helps keep air circulating around your skin and reduces irritation. If you have a beard or mustache, consider shaving it off. Seborrheic dermatitis can be worse under mustaches and beards. If this is the case for you, shaving might ease your symptoms. Avoid scratching. Scratching can increase irritation and your risk of infection. Gently clean your eyelids. If your eyelids show signs of redness or scaling, wash them each night with baby shampoo and wipe away scales with a cotton swab. Warm or hot compresses also may help. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Badiaga 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

I get frequent anxiety episodes, due to any smallest reason resultenting to bp and headaches. Please advice. What to do?

Hypnotherapist, DCS, BSIC, Advanced Trainee of Transactional Analysis, Advanced Skills in Counselling
Psychologist,
Everybody has tensions and stress. What is important is how you perceive the stress and react to it. Counselling helps to modify your perceptions to situations which make you anxious. 1. See the problem in small bits and pieces and try to solve each piece separately. Don't look at the problem as a whole because it can be very overwhelming and scary. See, which parts you can solve on your own and where you can take help from others. Do you need to learn an extra skill to be able to solve a particular part of the problem? then learn that skill. For eg. If you get anxious about your finances and don't know how to manage it well enough to cover you for the future, then take help of friends, experts who know the subject well. Also you can learn yourself some ways to manage your funds better. You can take classes or go on the net to educate yourself etc. 2. Everybody makes mistakes and nobody is perfect. Make room for mistakes and errors. This way you will learn from your errors and help in making better judgement next time. 3. Take external help: you need not take all the pressure. Delegate jobs to people who have the time and the knowledge to do it. It's important to network and have a sound support system of friends, colleagues, relatives, professionals, who can pitch in at the time of need. 4. Prioritise: learn to prioritise tasks and identify which are not important and do less of those. This way you will have more time on your hands to attend to what is more important. 5. Organise and plan: try to foresee the future and predict what can happen and then have a plan. If one plan fails, then have a backup plan. Successful people usually think through their problems from different angles and come up with different solutions if one doesn't work out. 6. Be flexible: be alert and notice if things are not working out the way you had wanted. Be ready to make last minute changes to your plan. It doesn't mean that you had made a mistake, it just means that some things are beyond your control and these things may not happen as you had predicted. You are willing to modify. 7. Have hope and faith: that's the most important aspect. Have hope that things will work out well. If not now. Maybe later. Have faith in your own strengths and other people. Trust god and leave it to him. If it has to happen it will one day. Meanwhile, tell yourself that you did your best. If things don't work out, then don't be hard on yourself and others. There's always another day. Cheers.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

I have low blood pressure most of the time. A chemist suggested me to take haemoglobin test. My haemoglobin came 9.6. I want to know is this the reason for my low bp and what should I do to increase my haemoglobin as well as bp.

I have low blood pressure most of the time. A chemist suggested me to take haemoglobin test. My haemoglobin came 9.6....
Hi. If you become unconscious or feel dizzy, then it is low bp problem. Otherwise, just bp in lower range with no above said problems, then that bp is considered normal. Infact the lower the bp, the better it is. You need to eat fruits, green vegetable and all healthy things to get your hemoglobin up. Take care.
