Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Baldness is defined as the partial or complete loss of hair or lack of growth of hair. About 70% of the men suffer from male pattern baldness. Baldness is the most common reason for hair loss in men. The main reason for baldness is heredity or male sex hormones. The hairline gradually recedes and the hair becomes finer and thinner. It can be effectively reduced through certain home remedies. Apply a mixture of about 20 ml of coconut oil, 10 ml of amla oil and one or two teaspoons of lemon juice on your scalp and leave it there for some time. Abhijeet ,dont go by the advertisements,if such was the case then nobody would have being short of height .There is a specific age for increase in our height and theere are certain medicines which help in increasing the height .But once calcification of bones occurs then theere are no chances of height increase .So dont waste your time and money on such adds otherwise you can ruin your life by falling prey to such quacks.

Hi lybrate-user •Eat your meals in a peaceful environment. Avoid eating when you are upset. •Eat slowly. Chew well. Stay conscious of the process. •Avoid heavy, greasy and spicy foods. •Honour your appetite. Eat when you feel hungry and stop when you are satiated. •Leave one-fourth of your stomach empty. •Sit quietly for a few minutes after finishing your meals. •Stay upright after eating. •Avoid smoking. •Avoid gas producing foods – heavy fried foods, excessive spices and chillies, papads/ legumes, milk products (if lactose intolerant). •Chew well. It is important to chew every bite of food 20 times. •Switch to de caf or restrict the intake of caffeine, by limiting tea/ coffee consumption to 2 cups a day. •Cut back on red meat consumption helps if you suffer from acidity. Lean meat such as chicken breast or fish, can take the place of acid-forming red meat. •Consult physician for medication (antacid) if problem persists. HOME REMEDIES Drink some water – As soon as you start feeling discomfort drink a glass of warm water. Ginger to relieve acidity – Make yourself a cup of ginger tea by mixing a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root in a cup of boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes and then drink. Chew a small cinnamon stick or chew 2 to 3 cardamoms help to relieve acidity . Avoid lying down immediately after meals – Eat at least two hours before bedtime. Mint infusion – Add fresh chopped mint leaves to a cup of boiling water. Let stand for a few minutes and sip slowly after meals. Cloves - Suck on a clove for natural acidity relief. Fennel (saunf) -Fennel is a digestive herb with many medicinal and culinary uses. It acts as a popular “after mint”.

Eczema is a reaction of body to variety of agent (drugs and chemicals) acting on skin from outside or from within the body. • clinically these features are present on eczema area. • Redness of skin • itching • swelling or edema • Formation of papules (pimple or rash) • scaling (shedding of upper layer of skin) • Discharge of blood or pus from that area. If you have any feature on thigh follow these methods: • Detect the cause which make skin irritation for example any drug, chemical, pollen, wollens, dust and remove that cause. • Increase your immunity (immunity is body' s defence system protect it from attack of disease) by eating healthy diet. Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals like sprouts.avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi welcome - I must say not only low calorie diet plan but exercises at a certain level of outdoor some activities can help you best & quickly. Only low calorie some restrictions based diet may not be always results oriented. You can plan 1200 calorie diet for a month. It's better to v personlised by an expert dietitian.

Hi, Start taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.
