I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. Hi Damini A combination of both is the best option for you to be fit and healthy. Don't go for heavy exercises or weight lifting kind of thing at all. Aerobics, tread mill, stretching exercises are very good. Weight lifting and heavy exercises may harm you so totally avoid them. Morning walk is a lifetime thing so keep doing it. Enjoy Life. I am 59 now. For many years i am suffering from hypertension and tool lot of medicines. After a check-up with Kokilaben, the doctor suggested to take Telma40, ecercise, less chappathis and controlled salt. As much as i can i use SHENDGE NAMAK.. i take tea with GINGER, AJWAIN, JEERA, PEPPER, etc. I was habuated to some alchohol/beer beverages intake for many years and after a very bad illhealth and upon advise not taking alcohol. I am tempted to find relief and be in control with mild beer - can of Kingfisher. I have undergone Hernia operation and Catract operation few months back. Kindly let know what is the right course to be followed for my good health.

You need to watch your diet, especially fat and salt consumption. Consume a lot of fiber, vegetables, and fruits. Avoid flesh protein as much as possible, except fish and some white meat. I hope you are not over-weight. Exercise is a must. You need to catch at least 6 hours of sleep every day. Stress management is also highly recommended. Alcohol is best avoided. Go for regular checkups. There are some excellent new products that are natural extracts, which help in weight loss, and reduction of cholesterol and triglycerides. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Don't drink water immediately after meal. Take 10-12 glass of water.

Do not eat before going to gym. After gym you can take breakfast like boiled eggs, Milk with cornflakes etc. in your daily diet add protein like sprouts, cheese , nuts etc.

Hi, bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. As your muscles get stronger, you can increase the number of sets of each exercise. Avoid heavy weight lifting. The important part of exercising is to be regular. Exercising with a friend can help you stay motivated. Setting goals for yourself in terms of number of hours a week can also help keep you moving.
