6 months fever is a long duration. Maybe it fever of unknown origin. This needs admission and monitoring of fever chart.

Saline nasal sprays help in stopping nose bleed. You should boil water and give both to drink and stop non veg .to cure them of worms.

No ear drop will help since these are noise induced you must wear a cotton in your ears and wear scarf covering your ears and stop linstening to music for some days.

Tab crocin is only recommended or else see a specialist if there is anything in the ear to clean that.

I have ringing Bell in ear I went for ear check up that was normal is there any problem then tell me about it and after that headache occur tell me about it.

it is not serious .please try to cover ringing with music on ipod or radio if the ringing disturbs you
