Hi lybrate-user, you are work is full of strain and stress I believe. You need some relaxation other than music, eating food etc. Right. To relax one first important thing to do is to take a break or leave. I wanted to many things about what kind of occupation you are into. Okay if you want to discuss further regarding the same you are most welcome. So that I can help you better, by providing you some therapies as well. For now, I wanted you to take break or leave at least one or two days, just do what you like the most, which you enjoy a lot. Join some meditation classes, though all think it is boring one, it is actually slow process, which definitely relax your mind and body. Whenever you feel stressed take at least 10 minutes relaxation during your working hours. Breath in and out slowly. Take care. I am 29 years and my head is swinging and I have pain at the back of my neck. Dizziness. I actually travelled on hills. After 2 days of completing the trip m facing this problem. Will it go on its own or should I take any medications. Feeling very weak and tired.

Keep Blood Sugar & Lipids under control, avoid bad fats but do take good fats like 5 gms of desighee/ butter + a katori of any types of nuts everyday. Moderate exercise, avoid smoke and pollution,no anger but only healthy stress as fruitful activities with positive results do boost health of heart and negative feelings ruin entire body including heart.Take medicines as suggested by doctor. Sometimes people have been Able to Reverse Heart disease due to their own enlightenment and will power.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply hot packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. First of all, eat a balanced diet- eat green vegetables, nuts, fruits, milk and milk products, 12-15 glasses of water, green tea, flax seeds, etc. + relax yourself to keep anxiety/ anger/ fear at bay - do regular yoga or exercising (it keeps you healthy and young) + timely and 6 meals per day (after 2 hourly) + sufficient sleep (6-8 hours). Secondly, wash your face with herbal face wash meant for oily skin - 3 times a day + never rub your face hard. Multani mitti pack would be ideal for you. Homoeopathic medicine - natrum mur. 200/ one dose daily for a month.

Have you followed a personalized diet plan prescribed by a registered dietitian? I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through diet. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. I am 25 year young start working in a bank. presently I am facing a problem of short memory. I forget things very soon. Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

Hello, If the test is negative then you may wait for another week to allow menses to start naturally and then if not can opt for a withdrawal bleeding with progesterones.

Drink plenty of water. Eat high fibre diet. Avoid chillies and other foods which may cause constipation to you. Please get Kidney Function Test, LFT, TSH, HbA1C and USG whole abdomen done and upload the reports.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fiber a day. You can increase your fiber intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet Consult Physician for Further Management
