Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

I am a diabetic patient for last 13 years I am taking regular medicine for that not insulin my fasting report is 229 one week before suggest what remedies I have to take?

For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for more than 2-3 hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Fruits should be had as a mid meal. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

If you are really happy with the fact that you have lost weight and now have a size zero figure like your favourite celebrity, then you should know what damage you are doing to your health. Balance is the key factor behind good health. Obesity is such a big problem that one ignores the problems of people who are underweight. Fat is no doubt bad for health but some amount of fat is essential for the body to utilize it like a fuel to store energy. People of body mass index (BMI) less than 18.5 might have chronic health problems in the long run. . Underweight men can?t escape either they also have sexual problems like erectile dysfunction, painful intercourse and problems in ejaculation. A man?s weight and the health of the sperm are also interlinked. Here is another diet plan that lets you understand more. You can follow either the below one or the above one. Both will help you to plan the meals accordingly in order to gain weight. The food items that should be incorporated in the diet are: ? Full cream milk ? Beans, lentils and other such protein-rich foods ? Fruits and vegetables ? Cereals ? Healthy fats and oils ? Healthy desserts Keeping all these items in mind, we should divide the 3 major meals of the day into 7 smaller meals. So, here is another sample meal plan analysis, which can be followed for some healthy weight gain.

Diabetes mellitus if not managed properly through diet chart, regular exercise & drug/insulin can lead to diabetic foot (fungal infection) & damage other organs as well. Regular monitoring of blood glucose levels with glucometer is essential. Diabetic people are more prone to fungal infections. First consult the doctor whom you have been consulting so fat for managing her diabetes. He should be able to guide you regarding tests to be done. Kindly make sure she follows a correct diet & exercise regimen as well.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

Size of stones are notso big. It is managable with homeopathy only. You seems having tendency of recurring stones. I would suggest you to take berberis mother tincture (homeopathic) 10 drops in half cup water three times a day for 15 days have plenty of water at a time whenever you drink avoid vegiies having seeds let me know status of your stones after 3 weeks regards.

Do exercise like yoga, push ups, sit ups, plank etc. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Eat foods frequently small amount instead of 3 big meals. Take lots of watery fruits, vegetables. Take protein foods like fish, egg, lean meat etc to reduce extra weight. Add extra healthy fats in cooking. Take nuts, seeds. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep at night.

In addition to normal breakfast ask her to eat 50 sprouted peanuts. Give her some paneer to eat in any form. Eat 200 gms of salad at the end of every meal. I am now adding something which will surprise every one. Ask her to go on fast for one day every week. On the previous evening she should take a cup spinach juice. On the fasting day she should take only fruits and may be half liter milk.

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction - Things You Should Know About it

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles in your pelvic area. These muscles support the organs in your pelvis like a sling. The organs in this area include the bladder, uterus (women), prostate (men) and rectum (the area at the end of the large intestine where your body stores solid waste). By contracting and relaxing these muscles, you control your bowel and bladder movements.

What is pelvic floor dysfunction?

When you are unable to control the muscles in your pelvic floor to have a bowel movement, it is called pelvic floor dysfunction. People with pelvic floor dysfunction contract these muscles rather than relax them. Because of this, they cannot have a bowel movement or they have an incomplete one.

It is important to be aware of the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction as there is no comprehensive list of causes. However, it can be said that traumatic injuries to the pelvic area seems to have a rather higher preponderance among the causes of pelvic floor dysfunction, which is also known as PFD. While giving birth to a child is an experience that is life changing, the potential downside is that it can be one of the causes of pelvic floor dysfunction in women!

Other symptoms include feeling the need to urinate often and then finding the process to be quite painful. Constipation which occurs in spite of a diet, which contains enough roughage is a sign, as well, that it is about time that a person should schedule an appointment with the doctor.

Medication is a possible solution and is usually in the form of a muscle relaxant of a low intensity. However, it is great for a person who has the misfortune of having pelvic floor dysfunction to know that there are solutions which are completely bereft of the need of any form of medication!

Cure for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Reducing the effects of pelvic floor dysfunction can be quite simple, really. Warm baths and some kegel exercises are suggested on a subjective basis are quite common. This is a process called biofeedback.

Biofeedback aims to retrain the pelvic floor so that there is far better functioning. The success of this method is well known to a specialist, it has vastly improved the pelvic floor dysfunction conditions of more than 75% of the patients significantly!

The method works by observing the workings of the pelvic floor and then providing feedback regarding its coordination as it expands and contracts. Some of the many things which make this method truly great are that it is non-invasive and non-medical. As a matter of fact, taking into due account its success rate, people should really give it a shot before they try medication or surgery.

Surgery

Surgery is said to be effective in the case of rectocele. Nevertheless, this is the last resort as it is always better to sort out such problems sans having to resort to surgery. Multidisciplinary approaches which involve fields such as psychology are good options. Pelvic floor dysfunction is something that is a pain to have, but it really need not be!

kindly take patolkaturohiyadi kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water before meals twice a day. Take arogyawardhini vati, 2 tabs twice a day with bhiringarajasva, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, after meals twice a day. Cut down sugar salt in your diet. Stop fried food, curd, spicy food in your diet. continue the regime for 45 days. Stay in touch good luck.

U can us supplements but not any steroid based as an adjunct to increase your proteins buy for every gram of protein ingested you need to increase your water by 50 to 100 ml else it may put burden on the kidneys.

You may avoid heavy meals containing fats, carbohdrates, tea, coffee as it causes gastric problems. Do daily exercise, jogging to keep your self healthy. Drink lots of water, have more fruits and do have salads before meal. That is not lymphoma. Its lipoma, they are not harmfull, you should not be worried. If you want to get rid of it, then it can be removed surgically.

I am eating slate pencils from last 2 years and its volume has been increase to 40 slatepencils a day from 2-3 in a day. And when I walk for too long I get tired fastly than others. Hi, I am 32 years old married woman. I am a vegetarian. I recently got a comprehensive medical test done. My vitamin d level is extremely low (only 5.5, vs. A normal range of 30-100). What all vegetarian food options do I need to include in my diet? further, which medicine supplements do I need to take to normalize my vitamin d levels? Hello, send me all your reports and I will explain you abnormal reports and prescribe medicines accordingly. Vitamin d is usually lower in females due to high sun screen usages and low sun exposure. Your vitamin b12 is also lower or normal?
