Start walking so that your body remain healthy have 12 water soaked almonds early morning daily have as much water as you can have 200 gms of fruits daily or pomegranate juice with pineapple have three main meal and 2 side meal have sprouts daily.

Just discontinue Gym for few day and start taking these homoopathic medicines----- MAG PHOS 6X ( SBL) Chew 4 tab evert 2-3 hrly RUTA Q( SBL) Drink 10 drop in 20 ml freh wayter 3 time daily Hot sponging required on the painful area daily for 2-3 minutes.

If it is really bothering you badly will need to seriously consider male breast reduction surgery by an experienced plastic surgeon. However it would be even better if you first reduce your weight by diet and exercise or by bariatric surgery

EAT E- Eat right food A - Eat right Amount of food T- Eat right food in right ammont on right Time what is right food? Always choose easy preprations: those food itemts cooked easyly are healthier, contain more nutrition and easy to digest. Avoid deep fried extra oily food: Generally deep fried over cooked foods causes acidity and gastric problem which lead to indigestion and later on weight gain due to improper digestive system. Add colors to your diet: Use color full vegetables, and eat different color fruits, it will provide phytonutrients. Phytonutrients are natural compounds found in plant foods such as vegetables, fruit, whole grain products and legumes. These plant compounds have beneficial effects working with other essential nutrients to promote good health. Divide your plate into four sections with dairy on the side to represent the five food groups: Fruits Vegetables Grains Protein Dairy What is right ammount of food? (It means your Portion size): One easy way to size up portions if you don't have any measurements is to use your hand as a guide: A clenched fist is about a cup — and a cup is the amount experts recommend for a portion of pasta, rice, cereal, vegetables, and fruit. A meat portion should be about as big as your palm. Limit the amount of added fats (like butter, mayo, or salad dressing) to the size of the top of your thumb. Right time: Fix meal timings, and try to stick to those timings. Maintain a proper gap of meals to get it digest well.

Eat healthy food. Do daily exercise and Yoga. This will help you to increase weight, improve BP. Do Pranayam daily for 10-15 mins. This will improve your respiratory system You have to do these continuously for an year only then you will see positive change. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Take deworming tablets every six months. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, increase intake of fruits and vegetables, full cream milk and its products. Avoid fried, oily, maida and its products etc. Drink milk shake in breakfast.

Hi according to your height your wt should be 50 kg. 1o kg weight you have to loose. Apple cidar vinegar will not help you to loose weight. May be it's become your habit now. Go for a Medical examination as a routine. Sometimes there might be deficiency disorder. Start eating wholesome food with all types of fruits and vegetables. Revert back after the medical checkup.

Your total bilirubin is very high. It could be due to jaundice. Do liver function test, take usg abdomen, do complete hemogram and consult physician with report for advice and treatment 1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily and fatty food like oil, ghee, butter, cream. He should have soft, easily digestible foods like suji, dhalia, porridge, curd rice. Avoid alcohol 2. Drink plenty of water, take resh fruit like orange, apple, pineapple, grape, papaya, mango. Fruit juice, sugar cane juice, coconut water. Have plenty of green leafy vegetables 3. Take adequate rest at least for 2 week 4. Take liv 52 2 tablet twice daily after food 5. Monitor your lft for serum bilirubin 6. Consult gastroenterologist/hepatologist for advice and treatment.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Yes, It is absolutely OK and in fact recommended to have a small nap in the afternoon. But the nap should last for 30-45 minutes. And you are advised not to recline too soon after having your Lunch. Give some time for the food to settle in your stomach otherwise it may cause heartburn and acidity.
