Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicine Alfalfa Malt ( SBL) (1teaspoon) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *Avoid fried food. *Avoid stress and anger. *Take a sound sleep. *Take milk twice a day *Include fruits,vegetables in your diet.

Hi lybrate-user Tattoo's are permanent as the ink used for making them is impregnated slightly deep under the skin. No balms can help treat tattoos. The only proven therapy is Surgery or Laser. Lasers have a drawback that you need multiple sittings and it works on specific colours only, not on all. Also, lasers can cause burns, if not used properly. Surgery is the safest option for tattoo removal. Please consult a Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon for best results.

You should reduce your weight by exercise and controlled diet. Fatty liver is a condition where excessive fat deposited in the liver cell and disturb its function. Consult doctor.

you can avoid sexual intercourse 8th to 18th day after menses if your menses cycle for 30 days .it is time of ovulation when there is more chance to get pregnancy.

Hi! I am a 36 years old male with a slighty heavy body. I am unable to maintain my erection for last 4 months or so, neither I enjoying any stiffness in my tool. Hello lybrate-user you seem to be having irritable bowel syndrome because of which you are not able to tolerate spices. In some cases even slight stress causes loose motions. Hi , please let me know-. Do you have dry skin and/or dandruf. Have you history of any serious illness. Do you have anemia? report of blood test. There are very useful tips to cure the hard stool problem- 1. Eat high fiber foods such as whole grain, oats and fruits such as sweet potatoes, pears, apple, plums, beans, broccoli or spinach help and make easy to passage of stool 2. Soak a few dates in milk, squash it to make a paste and take it with milk for a week to relieve constipation. 3. Triphala churna (a mixture of amla, haritaki, and vibhitaki) taken with honey twice a day is a great remedy for constipation. If you are diabetic so take this with warm water. 4. Taking a teaspoon of ghee mixed in a glass of hot milk before going to bed. 5. Boil a few figs (fresh and ripe or dried) in a glass of milk, and drink this mixture at night before going to bed. Figs have high fiber content and provide quick relief from constipation. 6. Drinking half a cup of cabbage juice twice daily may help relieve constipation. 7. Drink half a glass of spinach juice mixed with half a glass of water twice daily for two to three days, and find relief even from severe constipation. 8. Drink at least 3 liters of water every day to keep your body hydrated and improve bowel movement. 9. Cut down on alcohol, tea, and coffee since they can worsen constipation. 10. Regular physical exercise is a must for proper bowel movement. Pranayama and yoga are also beneficial. Yoga such as pavan muktasana, balasana, ardha matsyendrasana, and suptavajrasana are among the many yoga asanas that help relieve constipation.

This is a gum disease which advances with time and it comes to a stage when teeth become loose. As well. You have to get teeth cleaning done by dentist. And later he might advice you for a full mouth xray. To understand the level of the bone. And then accordingly some advance procedures may be advised to you. Usually if there is bleeding you can use a mouthwash for a month. Rinse two times daily. Or else if bleeding in gums does not subside. Kindly visit dentist.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Take rest if you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) take x ray/mri cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) sometimes it could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.

Wean off highly-processed foods and eat more lean protein, healthy fats (butter, coconut oil, avocado), and zinc-rich foods such as oysters, grass-fed beef, spinach, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate. I also recommend adding more cruciferous vegetables to your diet such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, and collard greens. These foods help detoxify your body from estrogenic compounds in your environment.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.
