For chest problem with breathing problem it could be low haemoglobin, some cause related to nose, lungs or heart. Since duration is 2 years better consult a consultant physician to find the cause.

Mr. lybrate-user Sunder, From your query nothing is clear except knowing that you have diabetes (type not mentioned), actual BP readings not given, nothing can be made out about the issue with your eyes. So please give following details: current fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, present treatment with dosage, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise and preferably come in a private conversation, then I will be able to guide. have good breakfast preferably one that has a mixture of carbs and protein like eggs and whole wheat bread or rotis, Milk and cereal, Paratha and curds. whole eggs will help you to increase vit b12. if you are a vegetarian then include more milk curds buttermilk and paneer in your diet

Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein.
