Sir, I am getting effected by arthritis and feeling pain in my all fingers and back. I feel acute pain when I am idle for long time while rest day or during journey. I had consulted many doctors but no any progress are there. I am taking Etoshine 60 mg. By taking one Tab I find relieve for three to four day. Mostly feeling pain in the morning and evening during sleeping time. Could any body give me suggestion what yo do for its permanent solutions. All the test like HLA- 27, MRI of Spine is negative. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

Dear, low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1.Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program. I am 58 year old male and have left shoulder joint pain and knee cap pain for the last one month. What precautions I should take ?

For joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds.

I am getting back pain when I am doing work in front of my computer So what can I do for reducing my back pain.
Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

I am 46 years old female with sitting job 7-8 hours. I feel pain near tail notch on sitting. Ceel no pain while standing. I also feel pain while compressing my muscles. What can be the probable problem. Mri shows lumbarisation in s1 l1.

It might be sacrilisation of lumbo sacral coccyx vertebrae and do consult gynae or neuro physiotherapist and take ift and ust physiotherapy treatment for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each followed by spinal extension exercise and pelvic floor exercises once pain subsides for further information consult me privately via lybrate for specific therapeutic exercises and therapy best wishes

Hello doctor I am a 28 year old man, I am suffering from ankle pain for last 3 years. The pain is mild at times and at time it gets unbearable when I have to walk or stand for long hours. I got an x-ray as well as blood tested for uric acid. But everything was normal in both. Kindly suggest what to do?

Actually you may not have gout or a bone fracture. But there are other causes of damage in the foot such as muscle injuries or tendon ruptures. I think you may need a mri scan to find out the condition of structures in yn and around your ankle. If you hae any further query please ask.

1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.....massage your hair with good ayurvedic oil like bhring ranj oil.....sprinkle water in eyes.....take sarpgandha vati twice a day 1-1 tab...pranacharya no tens capsule twice a day with warm water.....avoid tea...coffee....junk food...oily food....fermented food....stress...eat green vegetables....drink fruits juices...and 7-8 glass of water.....do pranayama early in the morning....walk for minimum 30 minutes in a day....

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Severe back pain both of you spine x-ray must avoid toward bending, long standing, sitting for you avoid few days and your mother will continue forever this preventions ok tk physiotherapy treatment for your mother and you will heat fermentation twice a day and rest spine stretching exercise both of you in daily routine.

Hi, use this home remedy to get a tan free glowing skin. *orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice, then apply this on your face. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with spf 40 will help to prevent tan in the indian climate. If you mean black spots, then apply bio- vally's skin lightening cream. Adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin.
