A accident is happen with my father, and his one arm and one leg both are fractures. Due to flood in village he doesn't consults with any doctors because no single doctor is present in that village, for any health problem people go out of village. Only some medicine shops and some compounder are live there. Today 3 rd day with the fracture, and he bear more pain, some medicine and injection are given to him for less pain. Can you suggest any remedies for him? Plz.

I think you should arrange for xray of his arm and leg and consultation with an orthopaedic without delay. Pain relief will just take care of the symptoms but not the core problem. U can take any pain killer. As I can not prescribe medication on open forum please contact online.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Muscle relaxant medicine. Tk heat fermentation twice a day. Avoid long sitting and standing, toward bending, do spine extension exercise. If it work then ok otherwise do x-ray of lumbar spine and physiotherapy treatment.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

My father is 55 years old and he is suffering from neck pain and the inability of hand movement. After a few consultations, some doctors suggested that it is due to the frozen shoulder problem. They provided some exercise schedules only. Are there any other remedies except the exercises? If only this is the solution, which exercises are best to conduct on a routine basis? The injury or strain to the tendons and muscles at the shoulder joint may cause the difficulty in mobility of rotator joint of shoulder (ball and socket joint). Commonly known as frozen shoulder. Radiating pain may felt at the neck also. The stiffness in neck muscle in long term will cause cervical spondylosis. Exercises with rotatory movement of the shoulder clock wise and anti-clock wise slowly and steady will improve the range of movements. Stiffness in the shoulder will ease with hot fomentation and application of warm sesame oil+ Castor oil mixture. Stand 1.5 ft far in front of the wall facing the wall. Slowly crowl the fingers of the hand on the wall to raise the shoulder comfortably and in that plane, rotate the shoulder circularly without folding the elbow. 5 each in both directions. Day by day increase the diameter of the circle. Do not use high pillow, use thin and firm pillow extending from upper back to support neck. Diabetic patient may take longer duration to recover, so, if diabetic, give attention to treat it effectively too.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I have a bit if pain just below where the ribs end. I got ultrasound of liver resulting fatty liver. The doctor said pain is because if fatty liver. This pain normally gets aroused in the evening when I sit for long. When I lay down or stand it gets away. What should I do.

Kindly take proper ayurveda treatment for fatty liver. Also adopt a healthy lifestyle. Take a proper walk of at least half an hour. Take meals in time. Avoid oily starchy food. Take ample quantity of fruits and salad in your diet.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days. Do some breathing exercise-regularly.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall.
