10 Tips To Stay Active

1. Make getting fit enjoyable. Pick an activity (or range of activities) that appeals to you, since you're more likely to keep to an exercise plan if you like it.

2. Choose activities that suit your lifestyle. Consider your budget, physical abilities and amount of free time.

3. Check out local exercise options. Opportunities to be active in your neighbourhood may include leisure centres, sports clubs, parks, walking trails, swimming pools or exercise classes.

4. Make exercise a social event. Find a friend or family member to be active with so you can motivate and reward each other, or make some new friends through a class or club.

5. Plan ahead for bad weather. Head to your local swimming pool or gym to exercise indoors.

6. Keep some exercise equipment at home. Options include exercise dvds, a stationary bike, skipping rope or fitness ball.

7. Have fun getting physical. Go dancing, fly a kite, throw a frisbee or swim in the sea & you're not limited to sports and structured exercise programs.

8. Get active around the house. Housework, washing the dog and gardening are all physical activities that burn calories and help keep you fit.

9. Look for incidental ways to move your body every day. For example, walk or cycle to the local shops, instead of driving the car. Use the stairs instead of the lift or escalator.

10. Involve the whole family in keeping fit. Arrange for outings that are physically active, such as walking the dog, rowing or hiking.

You need to take a proper high protein balanced diet chart to gain weight. Also take good protein foods in your daily diet. Do regular physical activity to increase the muscle mass. Avoid junk foods. Drink liberal amount of water. Take food at regular interval. You can also ask for a individualized diet chart for weight gain according to your height and weight.

Morning meal should be a combination of foods rich in proteins and carbs. Add good quantity of a variety of vegetables to make your lunch healthy. Dinner must be nutritious and well-portioned. Its always better to rely on organic foods when you are trying to gain weight.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, are full of calories and make the perfect snack between meals. Munch on them to enjoy their taste, nutrients and of course weight gain. Nuts contain healthy fats and are a healthy way to increase your weight. However, do not stuff yourself with them, as you will not feel hungry for your next meal.

Hi sir I'm working out from the past 10 years to build up my physique, but till now I've not achieved a proper muscular body. I've also tried a lot of supplements but none of them worked. I worked very hard and till now going to the gym regularly to build some muscles. If I suddenly stop doing workout for just one week my body becomes normal as I've never worked out. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take one glass lukewarm water. Include protein rich food in your diet. Take sprouts and fruits. Eat salad before meals. Avoid junk food. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet, milk and milk products. You should take proper diet, you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast.
