My urine colour is  yellow  from 2- 3 years, when I drink much water and milk then it becomes white.
Dear, there is no problem. Yellow colored urine suggest that your body does not have as much water as it needs so kidneys have to throw out waste products as liitle water as it can so you pass very concentrated urine hence yellow color. When you drink enough then it has more water it can throw out as urine and you pass dilute urine hence it is watery colored.

First of all you have got to quit masturbation habit and watching porn quit it altogether. You have to keep your stomach clear do not let constipation and gas like problem. Terminate involvement in sexual talking and other activities. Should take one piece of amla murraba with cold milk every day. And ashwagandha powder 1 spoon with cold milk each time morning and evening. And do yoga you will get cure for sure. But don not live in spin of getting relief too fast your recovery will take time. Be patient. Wish you good health. 1- leave masturbation if do 2- do not watch pron movies. 3- take nutritious and healthy diet 4- avoid fast food, spicy, and oily food. 5- may take ayurvedic medicine for strengthening your sexual strength to a grater level. 6- do abdominal crunches, leg raises, push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 7- add up salad as staple in your food.

1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly 6. Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Your nutrient needs are high as you are growing. If you try to follow some fad diet, you will end up becoming malnourished on the inside and your growth may get stunted. So, go the healthy way to weight loss. Fats get accumulated in certain areas. Once you lose overall weight, you will notice that chest fats will also reduce. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions and increase frequency of meals. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Constipation is decreased bowel movements. To treat constipation, eat full of fibre diet. Prefer chapatis made of wheat, fruits and green leafy vegetables . Drink lot of water.

There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed to protect against future flares or prevent gout or uric acid problems from occurring in the first instance: maintain a high fluid intake (2-4 liters a day) avoid alcohol maintain a healthy body weight eat a balanced diet limit fish, meat and poultry intake. If attempting to lose weight, avoid low-carbohydrate diets. If carbohydrate intake is insufficient, the body is unable to burn its own fat properly, releasing substances called ketones into the bloodstream. This results in a condition called ketosis that can increase the level of uric acid in the blood. It is most important to avoid foods that are high in purines, to ensure that the levels of uric acid in the blood do not get too high. Here is a list of high-purine foods to be wary of: beef kidneys brains dried beans and peas liver mackerel mushrooms lose some weight by walking or other exercise, avoid meats and get always be on a prescribed diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian. Sugar levels reveal you have diabetes. You have to also let me know when these were found, any other symptoms, your weight and height plus level of activity. Do you have any family history of diabetes? right now you have start treatment with insulin injection and self monitor blood levels with a gluco meter and titrate insulin dosage to bring sugar levels to normal.
