mix one tablespoon of fresh yogurt with one-half tablespoon of honey. Apply the mixture on your face and neck. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Do this daily to improve your skin tone and complexion.do same for 15 days and see the result . give me feedback.

Useful Tips to Keep Young Athletes Injury Free

  • Be in proper physical condition to play a sport (a pre-participation sports physical examinations can be very useful in screening for potential problems)
  • Know and abide by the rules of a sport
  • Wear appropriate protective gear (for example, shin guards for soccer, a hard-shell helmet when facing a baseball pitcher, a helmet and body padding for ice hockey)
  • Know how to correctly use athletic equipment (for example, correctly adjusting the bindings on snow skis)
  • Always warm up before playing
  • Stay hydrated
  • Avoid playing when very tired or in pain

Hi, Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

My right testis is bigger than left one. When I touch or grab my right testis than I feel something like water in the outer skin of right testis. What is this. What can I do for it. Is this harmful for my career in merchant navy.

It has to be examined to diagnose exactly because if there is water then it will be hydrocele, as you say the size is also bigger. So consult a qualified surgeon/doctor in your area for exact diagnosis. If its a hydrocele, its not a disqualification for merchant navy but in Indian Naval Service of Defence its a temporary disqualification where they will ask to get operated for the same and come back. The operation is a minor one doesnot last more than 15-30 minutes depending on the surgeon. Good luck.

Aanwala powder 25 gm with water 1 hr before meal bd 2--- aanwala powder + til tail massage on scalp 3--- strictly prohibited the use of salt in diet.

Dear lybrateuser, - A well balanced diet is a very important factor for hair growth in a natural way - have a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn, barley, have more of protein rich foods like eggs, non veg like seafood, chicken, milk & milk products, beans, lentils, pulses, soya, tofu, sprouts, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashew, peanuts - also do regular exercise & adequate rest to reduce stress.

Consult a gyn in that case. N go for ultrasound. Now take siocare syrup 10 ml twice daily with milk after meals.
