Hello, thank you for writing to us Since your skin is oily by default its impossible to change your skin type. Regular use of salicylic acid and glycolic acid combination facewash like ahaglow-s can definitely help in keeping your skin oil free. Apart from it, you can also apply tretinoin 0.025-0.05% cream all over face at bed time on regular basis. Hope the information was useful. some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood ...due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall....so avoid spicy food ,stress less night sleep so take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1.neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days

I have unwanted hair on my chin and it will grow with a week after threading. I am very disappointed with this as threading causes some pimples on my skin . Periods are also regular for me. Finally I went for a laser treatment with Diode laser. 1 sitting is done. But there is immediate growth in hair (with in 1 week) as before. Kindly please suggest whether laser will help me in removing hair on my chin in this case? Many Thanks in Advance!

Hello, you have to b positive and act positively. Tk homoeo medicine: @ ollium jac 30-6 pills, thrice. @ thuja occ 30-6 pills, thrice. Tk plenty of water to hydrate your body and to regulate metabolism. Your diet be easily digestible, go for meditation for 30 mnts for deep breathing. Avoid, junk food, dust, scorching sun, caffiene. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, etc. You can also start with zinc and biotin supplements. However, hair loss may continue to occur on other parts of the head, and some patients require occasional "touch-up" treatments to maintain their results. Others may benefit from supplemental non-surgical treatments such as Rogaine® or laser therapy.

Boil dried amla in coconut oil till the oil turns black in color. Massage your scalp with this oil. This is an effective and very easy home remedy to check hair loss. There are also other ways where we can include amla in our hair care routine. • Use amla and shikakai powder than you can buy in ayurvedic stores. Mix them both and make a paste. Apply this to your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash off after a few minutes. Caution: If you have dry hair, skip the shikakai.

It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM (BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1.Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be OBroad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). OSun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. OWater resistance OPreferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN (BAKSON). 2.Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. We don’t have to give in to mother nature, there are always variables we can manipulate to fight back against what our mothers and grandmothers had to endure ~ loose, sagging skin.
