Hi Lybrate user …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only…. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 7) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength…. A) Take 10-10ml of ginger juice and jaggery before meal. B) Take 30 ml of bhrungarajasava and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep…. C) Take one tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meal…Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Reply to me for further suggestions. Thanks.

First thing check thyroid.its important for you.. *In the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon *Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals *Drink lots of green Tea *Never ever eat sugar *Eat whole foods *Eat all the vegetables you want *Eat 5 small meals a day (This includes snacks) *Do not eat anything after 7PM *Eat fruits maximum *Do � hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking ) *Eat the good fat (olive oil, *Get 8 hours sleep *Minimize stress *Eat low fat dairy products such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk. (No solid cheeses)

Sir I contain lots of weight at bottom means tummy, what to do for becoming thin and slim without exercise.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Aim for long term weight loss. Don't look for short term solutions..>> Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim..>> Reduce outside food. Only once a week its permitted..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

Hi, glad you asked this question. Exercise and nutrition work hand in hand for weight loss. One doesn't work without the other. Just eat mindfully, control portion size, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go. This will ensure permanant fat loss over a period of 6 months.

Please guide me. I wish to stay healthy. I am wondering what things should I follow toward my goal of becoming completely healthy. I wish to rejuvenate my whole body system, functioning as it was when I was 18 years old. There are few things which are bothering me. I have gained weight which is almost 20 kg more than what it should be ideally. If I reduce my weight in next 5-6 months, will I be able to get rid of these things e. G Dryness of skin and hairs, snoring, lack of lustre on face? I assume that lack of lustre on our face comes naturally with age. But there must be some way to get it back. There must be some fitness regimen that one can follow. I have learn the few good things like eating almonds, dates, walnuts, flaxseed is good for overall health. Some do nots like drinking water in between and after meals slow down the process of digestion. That's all I want to say. Thank you.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. Don't skip your meals. Take milk and products, paneer, egg, omelette with bread. Do strach exercise alternate days. Take milk shake nd stuff parathas. Take butter milk. Take whole pulses.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

We have to examine her for further guidance and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Weight gain is due to imbalance between calories consumed and calories utilised. When you consume more and utilise less, you put on wt. Besides this there could be other causes for wt gain like thyroid problem, improper life style, improper diet , lack of exercise and sleep and low vit d levels. We need to find the reason fr wt gain and treat accordingly. It would be a combination of proper diet plan, excercise and correct any associated cause.

I recommend to control sugar level 1) a healthy and well balanced diet having regular meals. Divide your meals into 5 to 6 times. 2) one teaspoon of methi seeds soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes 3) good fats such as omega-3 and monounsaturated fats (mufa) should be consumed as they are good for the body like olive oil 4) diet should be high in fiber. Let whole grain cereals & flour, salad vegetables, green leafy vegetables & fruits.

Hello lybrate-user, try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv whenever you are hungry. Take more & more green leafy vegetables & fruites. Avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Try to take complex carbs in your diet. Add bran in wheat flour/ use multi grain flour. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses/ day). Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. It will help you definitely.
