A) Take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 20 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach…. B) eat 1 TSF of AJOVA SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals…. C) do regularly VAJRASANA, SINHASAN and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. THANKS.

Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) try to take liquid diet only for few days 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. 5) walk upto 4-5 kilometres daily. 6) do yogasan (pacchimottasan, sarvangasan, pavanmuktasan, halasan, bhujangasan) and pranayam regularly. Please keep thyroid under control as you are over weight by 10-12 kg please consult your physician and do regular exercises All weight reducing drugs are not good as none has stayed in market for few years due to severe side effects and do not take.

Hello, you need to reduce around 10 kgs. So follow the below tips for the same purpose:- 1. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose) 6. Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. Drink plenty of water daily. 8. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Reduce 1 kg in a week is an easy task, but you have to choose a healthy way. Here you asked for diet and exercises, but without your health status, life style it is not possible to give a proper plan. In general you have to make proper timing with your food intake, at least make 2 to 2.5 hrs gap between meals, this will help you to avoid more hungry and also it will increase your BMR. Start your exercise with 20 min moderate walking and increase gradually up to one hour. Before exercise do warming up and stretching also after exercise do the stretching. If there for a time period avoid Alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries. Also limit the intake of high energy fruits like large banana, Jack fruit, chickoo and mango. Include vegetables with your main cereal meals, that will give you enough fiber and help you to avoid sudden absorption and blood sugar raise. I don't know your weight is ideal or not if it is ideal then body will try to maintain it, it will not reduce. If you are not making much gap between meals you will not get much craving for food, and make a mind set for healthy life style. All the best.

1. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2-3 Kg per month = 12-15 kgs in 6 months. So on. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. 7. Love yourself and respect your body.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Try a good sport/swimming etc which can keep you engaged as well as burn calories. Make your diet more of fibre, vegetable and fruits every 2-3 hrs. Take only small meals. Avoid large meals, meat, and junk foods. HEIGHT is a genetic and hormones related issue. If any correction is possible by medication, an endocrinologist can help you after evaluating for short stature.
