Polycystic ovarian syndrome can be completely cured with homoeopathic medicines. No side effects in homoeopathic medicines. We can prevent further recurrence. Avoid non veg and bakery items. Reduce intake of oily and fatty foods. Drink plenty of water. Daily walk about 45 mins. While taking homoeopathic medicines please avoid coffee and soft drinks for fast and better action of medicines. Nothing to worry.

Take 1-1 tab chitrakdi vati and shool vajrini vati twice a day after lunch and dinner. Pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna 1/2 tsp with warm water two times a day. Avoid tea coffee. Spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food.

I am always losing memory. Every time I lose my memory. When I am standing in front of anything to do something at that time I forget what to do? And also when I speak anything I can not speak what I want to speak and other words come. if I want to speak the word 'eat' I speak drink. I have no other health problems. Every thing is ok. this is a sign of anxiety. You need to practice breathing exercises, listen to relaxing music, exercise regularly or practice yoga. Medicines under expert supervision may be needed if problems persist. Just to be sure get a hemogram, serum TSH and vitamin B12 levels done.

Hi Include calcium and vitamin d rich foods in your diet like... boiled egg(full), milk, buttermilk etc. For shoulder pain start physiotherapy treatment which will include joint mobilization, exercise and electrotherapy.

Hi Lybrate User, Unfortunately you are being fed with wrong advice. As such you are having a weight problem and on top of it, if you take more ghee (fat) you are making it much worse. Next problem is this myth that taking some Ayurvedic medicine will make you slim. Both these advices have no scientific basis and will not bring you any results. And will add more to your existing problem. If you want to lose weight, you need to reduce your diet and bring it to a 1800-2000 calorie level. Your baby as such needs more outside nutrition now. 1. Focus more on eating fruits and salads. 2. Your daily diet should not have more than 4 teaspoon of oil/ghee and 4 teaspoons of sugar per day. 3. Don't stay hungry, and stay more active. 4. Go for an hour's walk / jog / yoga daily. 5. Drink lots of water. 6. Reduce all junk food, chips, fruit juices, colas, sweets from your diet. Step by step you can reduce your weight. But there is no magic pill. Believe in yourself. And it will happen.

You are putting to much of weight/weight-lifting it seems - avoid it. Rather do take the weight you usually do with but increase the no of times of pus-ups and so.. Also do massage of your whole body with mustard oil daily - ask someone to do it for you to relax the muscles. Take proper sleep. If you follow the above recommendation I think it will relieve your symptoms. For further queries get back to me.

Hi lybrate-user Have patience it will work, be determined. Practice Mindful Breathing The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them. Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing. Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing.

For weight loss you should start some work out like jogging and bending exercise which you can start from home itself besides you should start your day with honey and lemon water should take salad before every meal should not take double protein at night.
