Whenever I eat food my stomach feels bloated heaviness and gas with sounding farts also the unchewed meal returns to my mouth. Stomach is always unhappy after food intake. My motion have no issue. But after having food the stomach walls seems pressuring the outer layer. Also my current job is a night shift. Can you please help me?

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease)& acidity - take some dietary precautions - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 5-6 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food, also restrict tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day, avoid citrus fruits, tomatoes, raw garlic, onion, mint, chocolates, alcohol if you take - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion & hydration - do regular exercise like walking for 10-15 min after meals as it will help digestion - take tablet Pan D, 1 tab daily half an hour before breakfast.

Fatty liver means fat deposition in liver cells. You should avoid fatty diet and exercise regularly. Tumour risk is at very late stages. Consult gastroenterologist.

A pain started just at lower right abdomen. The pain came on suddenly and is still present But its not that severe, Its last about 3 days now But its only when I walk, cough, or move. When I'm sitting or not moving there's no pain. I Haven't had much of an appetite and I'm a 20 year old male.

Dear lybrate user with the information provided it appears that you are having gastritis. The first and foremost treatment of which is life style modification like regular exercise, diet modification as advised and liberal fluid intake. Try having small frequent meals, avoid tea/coffee/carbonated drinks, avoid chilli, stop smoking and consuming alcohol if you do. Hope this solves your query. Try with these life style measures first.

Drink proper amount of fluids and eat well. If you are still feeding you boy, then you will need to maintain proper diet so that you can feed him as well as maintain your balanced diet. Also, sleep in elevated position. Also start taking naturamore female powder 1 spoon daily in warm milk in morning and evening for 1 month. This will definitely give you results.
