I have started doing workout yesterday and I am having muscle pains now (they are just mild) can I continue my workout today or should I rest my body?

Don't worry about the pain (specially if it's a mild). If you have recently joined the gym than please start with light exercises. Warm up before the workout like stretching, banding, light jogging etc and cool down after the workout. If possible than follow the instructor for prevention of any damage. Note- skipping classes due to pain can aggregate the pain (if there will be no damage)

I am 23 year old girl. Sometime I feel little pain in my neck's vein. And from 10-15 day a little round stone type thing is looking just above the neck bone. What it can be?

Its the spasm in the muscle which makes the bone prominent in case of pain. Do hot fomentation, any gel you can apply and do exercises. It will go away.

First he has to use foot drop splint. Consult with a neurologist and find out the reason of foot drop. At times it happen because of some nerve get compressed from the back. You can visit to a physiotherapist they usually give muscle and nerve stimulation and stretching and strengthening exercises.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Good posture is key for back pain reduction. Avoid long sitting in a posture give rest to your back between work. Use lumber supports in sitting. Adjust height of your chair so you can not lean too much forward full back support required. Some stretching exercises in between work made changes. Back extension exercises morning and evening 10 times.

For nose block check if you are having nasal polyps - if so it will take sometime to get complete relief. You take ammon carb 30 - thrice daily for next 7 days and get back to me for further treatment. Also check if you are having any fever. Take mag phos 6x - twice daily for back pain.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out diabetes. Any way it may be tried, -- dolokind plus (mankind) [aceclofenac 100 mg +paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. Od & sos. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab od x 10 days. (you may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of ac or cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Do mild exercises for back, --. Use no pillow under the head. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days, contact me again. Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital.

I am 33 years old. I had leg fracture in 2 months back. Im nail locking surgery I had. My doctor said to my nail scars removing in after 3 months. please say to me why srews removing and how many days I am rest this surgery. How many days am walking without crunches.

Dear Shiva, Namaskar, One set of screws is removed to unlock the nail....when You walk on the unlocked nail,there is pressure at the fracture site to promote union of the fracture...You seem to have a delayed union...After screw removal you should gradually wear off Crutch support.....Take care.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If you are having multiple joint pains, my advise will be to get few investigations done and rule out an inflammatory cause of pain. Also please tell me if there is any stiffness when you get up in morning? which joints are involved? please send me recent blood reports or get a few done: esr, crp, serum electrolytes, serum vitamin d levels, serum uric acid etc. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. There are many theories regarding joint sounds. But these sounds are considered normal if not associated with pain. Strengthening of the muscles around your elbow and knee will help to reduce the sound. But it will not eliminate it.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Ferrum phos 200x + Nat sulph 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Take hot and cold fermentation asap. Keep your leg elevated. When swelling is reduced little bit, start doing ankle movements, like forward and backward.

X-ray must of bilateral knee. According age arthritis OA seems so tk calcium supplement and physiotherapy treatment and quadriceps exercises it will help u. Quadriceps exercises must in gradually process.
