I have palpitation and gas problem please advice for palpitation.

BHMS
Homeopath,
I have palpitation and gas problem please advice for palpitation.
Heart palpitation is usually frightening for any person. But most of time it is not a serious condition. May be due to stress, overexertion, anxiety or excessive intake of stimulants, like tea coffee. As far as gas is concerned you should not get dependent on medicines for this. If you correct your lifestyle, take regular meals, lots of water, regular exercise, then you will be relived.

Hi, whether you have early-stage kidney disease or you're on dialysis, you'll likely be advised to limit your phosphorus intake. Nearly every food contains some phosphorus. The best way to limit phosphorus in your diet is to limit foods highest in phosphorus, including fast food, convenience foods and processed foods, which may be full of phosphorus additives. Foods rich in phosphorus: milk, pudding, yogurt, soy milk, nondairy creamers and enriched rice milk, processed cheeses and cheese spreads, ice cream or frozen yogurt, soups made with higher phosphorus ingredients (milk, dried peas, beans, lentils), whole grains, including whole-grain breads, crackers, cereal, rice and pasta, quick breads, biscuits, cornbread, muffins, pancakes or waffles, dried peas (split, black-eyed), beans (black, garbanzo, lima, kidney, navy, pinto) or lentils, processed meats, such as bologna, ham and hot dogs, and meat, poultry or seafood, nuts and seeds, peanut butter and other nut butters, chocolate, including chocolate drinks, colas and pepper-type sodas, some flavored waters, bottled teas, some drink mixes. **********but as your uric acid is slightly high, you should also avoid high protein diet, so consult a nutritionist******

If you do not control at this stage, the limits may be breached. However, lifestyle and food habit changes will set these right without the need of medicines. If need be you may start herbominerals for reducing levels. Gradual effect of herbominerals will have no side effects. Once you start allopathic for lipid reduction, chemical changes caused in body may require you to continue for long/ lifetime and definitely with side effects. If you need further advise, pl consult.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. Headache may be due to hypertension. Try avoiding high salt intake and too much of tea, coffee. Follow good lifestyle in the form of diet and exercise. Check your blood pressure regul; arly. If that doesn't help, then you can start antihypertensive medicine such as beta blockers. It may help. Do not take too much disprin, as it can be dangerous by causing gastric ulcers.

Your reports are normal & within the range. Sometimes slight variations do occur between fasting/ post prandial readings dur to technical reasons or blood taken a bit later than 2 hours. Good to know that you have brought levels of choleasterol to normal but this is not be all. Do get total lipid profile & take less sugar and sweets as sugar in fruits give us enough to sustain.

According to your letter, you are surely facing acidity problem. Not heart problem. Make proper changes in your diet and water intake. Drink atleast 3 to 4 bottles of normal room temperature water daily. Drinking cold water can cause acidity. Chew your food properly. If food is not properly, slowly chewed in mouth, it remains undigested causing acidity and gas. Both painful. Eat good heavy breakfast and lunch and keep dinner early (before 8 pm) and light and small meals. This should change your health positively very soon.
