Hello doctors, I am going to gym form yesterday onwards. I am working out hard from yesterday onwards in gym. But I am suffering from hand muscle pains and muscles are totally in contracted position. I couldnt lift my hand as normal its really hard for me to do my works suggest me exercise or english medicine to get subside of pains both my hands are in same position. Its urgent docs.

In this condition avoid strain and stop the gym. Tk muscle relaxant medicine. Do hot fermentation. If it work then ok other physio session for 2 days. After relief start your gym in gradually process. Firstly your muscle should be use to gym then increase your strength levels.

Sir my sister is suffering from ringworm since 2 months. She has 4 months baby recently we have found allergy at 2areas on stomach of baby. So my question is does the skin allergy will spread to baby via milk feeding from mother? Please answer in detail sir thank you.

Ringworm infection is skin infection which is spread by direct contact with skin. No problem if mother feeds baby. It will not come in milk.

Sir, I take my daily food on time without delay. But then also I feel weakness. I also get tired when I am not working. Please suggest me medicines and also need your advice what to do?

You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Hello, I am 30 year old female hypothyroid. I feel more hungry as compared to others so indulge in binge eating and larger meals due to which I am gaining weight. Moreover, my sleeping schedules are very disturbed. I sleep for 10-12 hours. And it is very tough for me to wake up in the morning so I sleep up to afternoon. Kindly suggest the remedies. I am on thyronorm 25 mcg.

You have to controll your diet it is one ofthe reason for obesity unless you controll your wt according to your bmr it will be difficult to controll go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercise. Do some yoga and pranayam which will help you.

Strength of body that we receive from food does not depend on the quantity of food but we assume but on quality. Your diet should contain all the constituent like carbohydrate protein fat and vitamins. Eat at least one fruit daily and one glass of milk. Also do exercise daily.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Medicines or supplements will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal for them to do you any good.

If you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Take dates which are rich in iron and vitamins, free from cholesterol. Eat fruits like apple, guava, papaya, banana. Fresh vegetables salads. Milk and milk products. A word of caution. I am 23, I daily walk around 3 to 4 kilometers. My weight is around 55 kg, and height is 5ft 8 inch. Is it a healthy weight, I want to gain a bit weight in a healthy way. I don't have much fat on my body which is a good thing I guess, but my face is not full, means it looks weak, so I guess I need some fat or mass on my face without being a fatty person. Home Remedy- Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. Treatment- 1-take pranacharya heman syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 2-take pranacharya heman capsule 1-1 twice a day. Diet-avoid taking tea and coffee. Alcohol consumption and smoking. Take milk. Butter milk and curd.
