Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Hello, Please avoid taking soya on a regular basis. You can take about 150gm once a week. Please rely on other protein sources such as milk, curd, pulses, dals, paneer, broccoli, mushrooms etc.

My neck is very darker than my face. It looks awkward to see. So please tell me any remedy to get rid of it.
There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your neck every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your neck and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Superfoods To Kick Start Your Day!

The obesity epidemic was unfairly blamed on the consumption of carbs. While processed junk foods which are high in refined grains and sugar are extremely fattening and unhealthy, fiber rich foods that also contain carbs are very healthy and essential for your diet.

If you consume high fiber carbs moderately, it helps you maintain a healthy weight because if you get anything lower than approximately 50% of calories from carbohydrates, you are unhealthy.

Carbohydrates which are rich in fiber can be easily digested by your body. Mentioned below are 10 food items which are extremely rich in carbs and should be consumed during breakfast for optimum health. 

1. Apples: Despite the different colors, flavors and sizes, apples consist of 13-15% carbs, as well as many vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in healthy plant compounds, antioxidants and Vitamin C. Apples are helpful in decreasing the risk of a few types of cancers, reducing heart diseases and improving blood sugar control. 

2. Sweet Potatoes: Sweet potatoes are extremely nourishing. It has sufficient amount of carbohydrates to maintain your health, as well as fiber, potassium, vitamin B5, vitamin A, manganese and vitamin C. It is also very low in cholesterol, saturated fats and sodium. Consume this antioxidant food item everyday for breakfast to sustain your health. 

3. Bananas: Bananas contain about 23% carbs. The unripe ones are high in starch which turns into sugar as it ripens. Apart from carbs, bananas also contain a high amount of Vitamin B6, potassium and vitamin C along with healthy plant compounds. They are also rich in pectin and resistant starch.

4. Quinoa: Classified as pseudo cereal, it is an incredibly popular seed that is eaten like a grain. Apart from being a high carb food, it is not only extremely rich in fibers and proteins but also contains plant compounds and minerals. One of its many health benefits is improved blood sugar control. Incorporate it in your diet to help yourself lose weight.

5. Oats: Deemed as one of the healthiest whole grain foods, oats are an excellent source of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. It contains 66% carbohydrates and above 10% of it is fiber. Not only does it lower cholesterol levels and blood sugar levels, but is also extremely helpful in losing weight.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.cold sponging Sos 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test, urine Re/Me after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

I have sensitive body. From many months I'm facing heat ,weakness & fever after every meal. Is it gerd? This acid is spreading to whole stomach and back area, it's from chest to abdomen and back. I'm also unable to sleep or I have to lie on back What is the final solution as I have already taken treatment from many doctors and according to them this is acidity. I have become helpless. My digestive system is hurting me emotionally and mentally too .Is there possible treatment or I have to bear it till the second & last stage. Please provide positive view on it. Is it a serious issue. What else can be done?
